Brand new Woodland Park, Colorado guest house, nestled in the Ponderosas and Aspens. Beautifully decorated with the latest trends and all the amenities you need for a romantic retreat or much needed vacation are in this beautiful property. You can relax on the patio and watch the deer roam or explore the Pikes Peak region to your heart's content. This home can sleep 4 adults with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Great restaurants are just minutes away or cook in our fully appointed kitchen with a full size oven, microwave, toaster oven with convection, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and supplies to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We provide fresh linens and towels as needed as well as shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion. We also have a washer and dryer for your longer stays. Come and enjoy our amazing view of Pikes Peak, the wildlife that comes through our property everyday, and the closeness to town. We love to eat out and can recommend many different restaurants that are within 2 miles. We also love to bike and walk our puppy on the Centennial Trail, just 2 blocks from the guest house. Manitou Lake is 7 miles North where you can fish, kayak or just picnic.

Beautiful and comfortable!

Beautiful property (inside and out) nestled in a tranquil neighborhood setting. Like-new condition with a spacious great room and bedroom all with picture windows to take in the nature outside. Deer wandered through the area a few mornings! Easy access to all of Woodland Park and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed this as our home for the week!

great place to stay

we stayed four nights. the host was helpful with directions and communication before we arrived. it was clean and quiet. it is a good location for activities between Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek.

Fantastic VRBO

We travel a lot and stay at many VRBO’s and this one will be at the top of our list from now on! It was clean, quiet, comfortable bed & great location! It was also fun seeing the many deer roam the property every day. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Facility!

Beautiful Loft In The Pines

This was the most beautiful and cozy place! It was super clean and spacious. The bed was extra comfortable. It was such a peaceful quiet place out of the city. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Woodland Park Stay

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, modern and relaxing. Close to shops, cafes and grocery. The hosts thought of everything and were great with communication. We came for my daughter's wedding and it was so nice to come back to the apartment where it was quiet and relaxing. Loved our stay!

Woodland Park Retreat

This property is absolutely wonderful and we had a great experience. It is very clean and the owners have carefully thought out every detail to make the total stay exceptional. Great place that is so beautiful. Everything was fresh, clean and brand new. Has a great location in Woodland Park close to lots of hiking. It was a short drive to pikes peak gate, and quick access to garden of the Gods.

Cozy + Spacious

We had a great stay here! Everything was brand new, clean, and decorated to perfection! We has 4 adults and even thought it was a one bedroom, we had more than enough space and never felt cramped. Great communication from the host and the check-in process was seamless. I would stay here again!

Beautiful house that appears to be brand new. Everything we needed was available. Owner was easy to work with. Close to many attractions but far enough away to not seem touristy. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Quiet & Comfortable Retreat

This property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and new! Anne is a great communicator and check in was a breeze. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy place to return to after a day of exploring, this is it. It is only 30/45 mins away from all the region has to offer but feels a world away. We truly felt at home and hope to return!

Gorgeous property in a great location

The loft was spotless and extremely comfortable—even the pull-out couch! We had a slight issue with the keypad not working when we arrived, but Anne was extremely apologetic and got it rectified quickly. The location was a quick drive from town, but still felt like a woodsy getaway, especially when we were greeted by a herd of deer right outside the front door.
