Come be our guest at our charming townhome located in a secure gated community and a short 5 minute walk to the beach! 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the home plus guest parking throughout. Sleeps 6-9 easily plus queen air mattress available. Ottoman in Upstairs Bedroom converts to Futon. Daybed with Trundle Bed in Master. Small Colorful Futon Couch in large Master closet. Portable Playpen and Booster Seat with Tray for the little ones! Pretty Pool with loungers and tables is just two doors down. Private fenced in back patio with Weber grill and New Patio Furniture with Pergola. Four flat screen Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix. High speed Internet. Cuisinart Coffee and Pod Brewer, Cuisinart Toaster, Air Fryer, Ice Maker, Blender, Food Processor, Crockpot, Cookware, Utensils, Knives, Dishware, Tupperware, Wine Glasses, Spices, Ice Trays, New Furniture, Desk, Comfortable Beds and Linens, Box Fans, Ceiling Fans, Washer, Dryer, Hair Dryers in each Bathroom, Charging Station, Iron, Vacuum, Bath Towels and everything you need to feel right at home! We have a handy utility wagon for your use with a Cooler, Beach Towels, Tumblers, Beach Blanket, Basket, Buckets, Shovels, Frisbees and Beach Chairs - everything you need for a fun day at the beach! This was a perfect place for my family to stay while we visited extended family on the gulf coast. The townhouse was clean and spacious enough for 8 of us to be comfortable. We were close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other venues for shopping in addition to my Mother’s assisted living facility. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable and helped to make this trip extremely pleasurable.

Our Labor Day trip was wonderful. The condo was well-appointed with excellent amenities, and Megan and Sawyer were both very friendly and responsive. I would be happy to book again in the future.

Great Place, Great Value

Facility was close to the beach and we were so close to the pool which was a big selling point in our decision process. This townhome was large enough for our two families and the location was very family friendly. The beach toys and chairs is also a really nice addition for anyone staying!

Great location with good space for a large group

We really enjoyed each having our own bedroom & bathroom. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. Pool is very conveniently located. We had all we needed.

Summer Vacay with Family

The property is great! It is close to the beach — close enough to walk. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen. I like to cook, and this kitchen had everything I needed. The beach vibe was nice. We would stay there again. The hosts were great! Megan quickly responded to our questions.

Lots of little touches to make you comfortable like brand new Cuisinart Coffee and Pod Brewer, Air Fryer, Portable Ice Maker, Blender. All the Beach items you need with a handy wagon to tow everything on the short walk. Brand new furniture, desk, towels and shower curtains. Local information on fun things to do and see and places to eat are printed out for your easy reference! Any other ideas, please let us know!
