IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
Please note that Arrowhead Lake requires guest and vehicle registration with the Welcome Center at least three days before arrival. Bookings made after this deadline are allowed; however, a $100 late fee will apply.

Failure to provide complete guest and vehicle information on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Once registered, no guest/vehicle changes, nor substitutions can be made. ****

Community Fees:
Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community. All required community fees are already included in your booking and shown in your VRBO price breakdown.

"Club Fee" includes the primary renter’s temporary membership, one vehicle registration (QR gate access), and the required rental registration.

"Additional Guest Fees" cover temporary memberships for all other guests ages 6+ (charged nightly).

Extra vehicles beyond the first may require a $20 per-vehicle fee.

There are no additional amenity or community fees after booking.

TRASH PROCEDURES

All trash must be brought to the trash center. The trash center is a short, 5-minute drive from the house and located behind the welcome center. You will need your QR code to exit/enter the gate. We do not have a trash pickup. Please never leave food or trash outside. We do have the occasional bear!

Community Perks:

Our completely renovated cabin is located in a small, private lake community that boasts 4 beach areas, pickleball and basketball courts, fitness center, playgrounds, seasonal heated pools and beautiful woodlands. We have 2 canoes for your usage. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boards can all be rented from the welcome center, seasonally. You are also able to fish at the lake. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the welcome center.

OUTDOORS

The front of our property is a very large space- perfect for roasting marshmallows, playing cornhole, or simply enjoying time in the rocking chairs.

Although the lake is just one block away, actual beach access is less than a mile from the house. You can even see the lake from our driveway!

The back of our property contains a large shed with floats, youth-sized canoe, and beach chairs that you are welcome to use! There is a small back porch with a propane grill. There is also a clothesline to hang beach towels!

We also own two kayaks that are kept at Beach 4. You are welcome to use them!

**Please note, our neighbors are quite close to us. This is a neighborhood community.

You will have seasonal beach/lake access during your stay, as well as access to all the amenities Arrowhead Lake Community has to offer. There are three seasonally opened pools close by. Pickle ball courts and a heated pool is just a 9-minute walk from the cabin and the closest beach access, Beach 4, is a short 15-minute stroll!

INDOORS
Inside, our cabin is quite cozy, with a family friendly layout. Our home also features two outdoor porches for sipping coffee and quiet morning chats. Our living space provides a convenient open floor plan, with beautiful pine-crafted vaulted ceilings that deliver a true ‘cabin vibe.’ Our TVs offer both paramount plus & Netflix. We offer a Nintendo Wii Gaming system as well! If you want to unplug, you’ll find plenty of board games, shuffle board in the game room, and even a giant Jenga set.

KITCHEN
The Knotty Pine Cabin offers a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for all your cooking needs. Our coffee machine offers both single serve and up to 12 cup carafe drip coffee, compatible with pods and ground coffee. We have everything you could possibly need from a food scale to a meat thermometer!

3 BEDROOMS/2 BATHROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms at the cabin, and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a KING-SIZE BED, TV, and its own on-suit bathroom, complete with toilet bidet. The second bedroom provides both bunk beds, and a full size bed, with a television. Inside the bunkroom closet, you will find a convenient pack-and-play for little guests. Bedroom number 3 is a sunlit, private suite with a full-sized bed and its own walkout porch.

GAME ROOM
The cabin provides a heated/air conditioned game room garage area with arcade machine, Foosball & shuffle board table, as well as a TV.

FITNESS ROOM/COMMUNITY GAME ROOM
Don’t want to miss a workout on vacation? No Problem. The Arrowhead Lake Fitness Center offers several treadmills, dumbbells up to 50lbs, a smith machine, and much more. There is also a shared community game center with pool table, ping pong, and air hockey.

OTHER
Due to short-term regulations in our area, we must have a minimum night requirement of 2 nights. In addition, we cannot accommodate last minute bookings, as our guests must be called into the community welcome center 3 days in advance.

CLEANING FEE
There will be a cleaning fee of $145 automatically added at the time of booking.

PETS
We are (under 50 Lbs.) dog friendly, but kindly ask you to let us know if you will be bringing a pet along. We can provide more information at that time. The nearby beaches do not allow pets in the summer. We do offer one small dog crate with your stay. Our front porch is also pet-friendly, as it can be completely enclosed with a secure gate.

There will be a pet fee of $150 automatically added at the time of booking. This fee covers up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Although our home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, we cannot guarantee it will be 100% allergen free. If you have specific pet allergies, please keep this in mind when booking. The cabin does have an air purifier.

Please be mindful, our cabin is in the woods. Expect to see bugs, occasional outdoor cobwebs & animals. Please do your best to keep the front and back door closed when not in use.

Our refrigerator does NOT have an ice machine, nor a filtered water system. Feel free to use our Brita pitcher and the ice cube trays in the freezer.
