Relax and unwind at quiet and secluded Silver Strand Beach! Feel as if you’ve walked right into the pages of a Coastal Magazine in this newly remodeled beachfront home! Out the sliding glass doors you’ll find a nice, wide, clean sandy beach for the the kids to play while you curl up with a good book with your toes in the sand listening to the crash of the waves. Plenty of gorgeous sunsets to enjoy from the decks. This 3 story 3000 square foot beach house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out including two living rooms. The downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette that can be completely closed off for privacy. The beautifully decorated home also has everything you need to enjoy your stay including games, sand toys, boogie boards, standup paddle board, balls, frisbee's, etc. There is also everything you’d need in the kitchen, or eat out at any of the many restaurants in the area. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Enjoy a bath in the jacuzzi tub, or have fun making s’mores in the fire pit in the sand. This will be a vacation you won’t forget, and a place you’ll come back to year after year to make more memories.

Neighbor to the scenic Channel Islands, Channel Islands Harbor is a recreational harbor that offers fun-filled water activities for the whole family. Inside the harbor there are nine marinas, unique shopping, and great waterfront restaurants. The area is known for great beach walks, boating, surfing, whale watching, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, jet skiing, snorkeling, and fishing. There's plenty to see and do in Ventura County for people of all ages. Visit beautiful nearby towns, such as Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Ojai. World class surfing out front.
The Channel Islands National Park is located only eleven miles off shore. By boat it only takes 1 hour to take you on an exciting day-long excursion to Anacapa or Santa Cruz island. These islands are home to more than 2,000 plant and animal species - some found nowhere else on Earth such as the channel Fox. The whole family will be in awe by exploring these wondrous islands. If you can't make it out to the islands head to the Ventura Harbor for the Channel Islands visitors center and put your hands in the touch tank!

With so much to see and do in Ventura County, why not stay the week and see it all?

We have been renting houses up and down the coast for years as a family. And this was by far the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. Literally no complaints we had an excellent time! Grandma is already asking when we can rebook!

Family vacation

Loved this place! Glenn was awesome! We had a great time and we will be back! We had plenty of room for everyone! We had 3 of our kids and their families all with us in this beach house. 11 of us total. We have stayed in a lot of beach houses but this one has been our favoritethank you Glenn for everything!!

Great location on the beach for a family reunion! 10 of us enjoyed this property and staying on the sand was the best! Quiet beach…who would imagine having almost no one around in mid-July! Quirky layout (stairs to the top bedroom are in the master bedroom with no door up above), but we made it work for our 4 adult kids and two teen grandkids. Lots of space for everyone to eat together, games and cards on the table at night and enjoyed the BBQ too! Has an old, small town beach feel, which we loved. Short trip to Ventura Harbor Village, Maritime museum, and some small local shops. Would highly recommend for privacy and a relaxing location!

Great location with everything you need to enjoy it!

It was right on the beach with great views of the water and the Channel Islands. It was remarkably clean. The beach wasn't crowded or noisy - just the next door neighbors who played their music very loud - but only on the holiday. Everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving was in the many closets and cupboards. There were many games, books, puzzles, blankets, sheets, towels, beach accessories like boogie boards and surf boards, beach chairs. They had outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. I have never stayed at a place that was fully stocked like this.

A family favorite

This is our 2nd stay here. My family overwhelmingly chose to return and they are already lobbying for this to be an annual tradition. This stay is all about relaxing and enjoying the house with all of it's comforts and beautiful views. 3 generations hanging out together in amazing weather while playing outside and cooking together. We also enjoyed the tavern across the street and some local restaurants. We did not want for anything. No complaints. No problems. Well be back.

Property was clean and was fully stocked which was much appreciated since we were traveling from a different state. The view was amazing. There was a nice patio to sit on to watch the sunset. There were sand toys for the whole family which again was so helpful since we were traveling.

Family getaway

Heaven on earth.....Silverstrand Beach

The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Right on the beach with plenty of toys for the kids and even a kiddie pool . The house worked great for 7 adults, a toddler and baby. Glenn is the best, he took excellent care of us. Thank you again we will return.

Spacious comfortable house with gorgeous sunsets

Very spacious, sunny and well equipped home right on the beach. It is on a very quiet street and very residential. But just 10 minutes away by car from shops and grocery stores. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Perfect location for a family vacation

We planned this trip for our dad‘s 90th birthday. His one request was to be able to watch the sunset from the beach. Glenn‘s house was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for meals at home. The sunset was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time playing games at the dining room table while watching the sunset. My only suggestion would be to have curtains available if the sun was too much. Thank you, Glenn for having us!

Great Girls Weekend

Our group of women had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is wonderful, the house is well-appointed and the beds were very comfy. We had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend at the beach, including some amazing weather!! Would recommend a stay here for families, friends, co-workers, etc. The home is tastefully decorated and very inviting. We hope we can return soon.

Amazing Stay

We had the best stay. Such an awesome house filled with everything you need!! So many amenities which were so very appreciated. The house is very spacious and everyone was really comfortable. Amazing house

This house is everything as described, plus more. Plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, towels, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, the list goes on. The location was perfect, very quiet and always plenty of parking. Probably good to be aware that the loft bedroom is entered through one of the master bedrooms, but that wasn't an issue for us. The loft is also a very quiet area for the occasional "remote workers" in our group. Loved this house, and would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

WOW!! This house was PERFECT! There were two rooms on the bottom floor with a kitchenette, refrigerator, a pullout sofa sleeper with a walkout to the patio area and beach. The main floor has three rooms one is quit large next to a large bathroom, the master bedroom with on suite and washer and dryer. Through the master bedroom there are stairs to the 5th bedroom with access to a balcony with ocean views.The main floor has breath taking views of the ocean with a balcony. Our manager Glenn was WONDERFUL and very helpful with all our questions. We absolutely loved our 9 day stay at this house and highly recommend it. The house has absolutely everything you need. We brought items we did not need to. There was an abundance of linens, beach towels, toys for the sand “no need to bring” kitchen supplies. The house was very clean. This house is perfect especially if you have a large family. We would most definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Our family made some amazing memories here that we will cherish forever!!!

Family beach house

The house is located on a great beach. Lovely sunsets from living room. Plenty of rooms for a large group. The listing notes that there is a hot tub but there is no hot tub at the home. It should be noted that the third floor bedroom can only be reached by walking through the master bedroom. The homeowner and manager are very quick to respond to questions.

Great location!!

We spent a week here with our family and had a blast. House was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. House was stocked with plenty of extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper and everything else you would need. We had teenagers with us and they really enjoyed the space down stairs. Again, tons of room! Garage was fully stocked with whatever you need for your beach days. Check in process was super easy. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific in every way

The place was even nicer than the pics and description. Everything about it met or exceeded our expectations. Every bed was comfortable. Each room felt like its own private and special place. The view can't be beat. Parking was a cinch. Even the toilet paper was soft! Glenn was responsive and engaging. For our needs, it was perfect in every way except that it wasn't in Santa Barbara where our son was getting married. It was worth the driving we did.
