Great clean home lots of room for everyone beds had nice bamboo sheets and beds where comfortable

Emergency trip

This was a Great place and accommodated all of us. This was not a fun trip unfortunately, but was nice to have a house big enough for our family.

Home away from Home

First, I typically do not stay anywhere that does not have any reviews; I contacted the property manager and was informed that the property had just recently been listed. Keeping this in mind, I rationalized that this would be okay as we will only be here for a few days, so let's try it. The pictures didn't do justice to the house's beauty, which was evident as soon as we stepped inside. The open design and soothing color scheme made the house feel spacious and family-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the backyard space, which had fun amenities for both kids and adults. In addition, cleaning supplies were provided, including paper towels, trash bags, air fresheners, and toilet bowl cleaners. The rooms were also equipped with TVs with Roku, except for the room off the kitchen. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will make this our spot whenever we come to Tyler.

Great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in Tyler. This rental was in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed. The kids and grandkids were able to get outside and walk around without any traffic issues. We had plenty of places to eat within minutes. We visited the zoo and the Children’s Museum during our stay and had a great time. There are plenty of great places in the area to take the family during your stay within a twenty minute drive. There are two things that I will mention for improvement, but not complaints. First, we paid extra because we had eight people for our stay. I would suggest that the property be listed on the rental listing for a family of four with immediate disclosure of extra fees per additional guest up to eight. When it is listed in the small print details, it is overlooked and leads to questions. And secondly, there are pots and pans in the kitchen, but for a group that plans to eat several meals in, they could use an update with a few larger pots and pans.
