Located on a quiet, no-outlet street across street from Lake MI, lookouts, blocks to two community beaches, park, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, 9-hole golf course with, village hall w/ ice cream & rentable event space overlooking beautiful golf course, nature trail, bike trail, and more. Home features a new AC and a spacious screened porch to enjoy the lake breezes. Dog friendly. Minutes to breweries, dispensaries, wineries, casinos, farms, and more. 6 night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day, 2 night minimum all other times. House next door is also for rent!

Classic old cottage in Grand Beach. Updated bathrooms, great A/C, enjoyed the wrap around enclosed porch every night. Easy check in-very clean. Short walk to two different beach entrances. Some beach toys, inner tubes etc. in garage. Would stay again!

Lovely location - peaceful neighborhood less than 5 mins walk to beach access. House was dated but in a quaint way - perfectly fit the house and neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Communication was very prompt with owner.

Nice stay close to several beaches

The rental was clean when we arrived. Easy to find with the map/directions given. The rental is a summer beach style home, all of the finishes and furniture are gently used/dated which gave it character. It made it easy to feel comfortable and lived in vs. concerned about everything be so nice that we are afraid to use any of it. The porch area was great to hang out with our family and grab coffee in the morning. Neighborhood was quiet and great to see people coming and going to the beach access points. Kitchen was full of anything we needed to make meals or drinks. Icemaker was a great addition. Fire pit was awesome to sit by with adirondack chairs. It was also great to have the beach stuff - chairs, inflatables, mats, etc. Only two items we found different in the advertisement...we found reference to shut down the air conditioner when we checked out...there is no air conditioning. Also, several references on where to buy charcoal...we took some only to find out there isn't a charcoal grill, only a gas grill. Host put together great list of recommendations on what to do, where to go, how to enjoy our stay, etc - it was great to see before we arrived. We would stay again!

Review

Great overall experience renting this property. Had a group of 7 people and we all were able to have our own beds and plenty of space for all. 2 full baths helped. Location is great for any tourist location in the area, with a short drive to downtown New Buffalo, Union Pier, and even the Warren Dunes less than 30 mins away. This location is in Eastern Time Zone, so just make sure to plan accordingly. If given the opportunity, we would return again!
