This beautiful home sleeps 12 comfortably with plenty of room to spread out. It was built for our family to gather and make memories together, and we hope your families will do the same. No detail was spared. This luxurious home boasts two gathering areas with plenty of seating ( one upstairs and one down) Thor appliances, two dishwashers, a separate ice maker, a beverage center, a wet bar downstairs, granite counters, soaring ceilings, two fireplaces, a walkout basement with loads of natural light and french doors, magnificent views from almost every room, a sloping lot with 100 feet of shoreline directly on prestigious Lake Rabun.

Watch the beautiful sunsets with the lake and mountains as the backdrop from the two huge porches with plenty of seating for everyone, a hot tub downstairs, a firepit to roast marshmallows, a big grassy lawn for children to play, a boathouse with generous seating areas with cover to get some shade, plus chaise lounges for those looking to soak up the sun. The boathouse has two decks to tie up your boats or jet skis. We are situated at the beginning of the no-wake zone, so it is safe to swim and play. If you enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding, launch right from the edge of the lawn, and we have everything you need.

If you are bringing your boat the ramp is only a minute away and there is plenty of parking for your trailer.

Each bedroom is comfortably appointed with designer sheets, down or regular pillows, and plenty of cozy blankets depending on your needs.

The surrounding area is lovely to visit, no matter the season. The area boasts several national forests and offers some of the best hiking trails, waterfalls, and even a suspension bridge over the gorge. Angel Falls trailhead is just minutes away from our home.

In historic Lakemont and Clayton, lovely shops, restaurants, and artisans surround Lake Rabun. If you are a golf enthusiast you can play at the beautiful Apple Mountain Golf Club or The Links at Lake Toccoa!

For wine enthusiasts, nearby wine vineyards are great for a day outing. In the winter, there is snow tubing, and in the fall, don't miss the changing of the leaves.

Special note: Boats can be rented on the lake at WC, or you can launch your boat from the public boat ramp just a few blocks from the house. Our boats are unavailable for rent or use, but you may use all the other water toys and life jackets.

No more than twelve occupants, including children, and no smoking or pets, please. There is plenty of room for parking.
