Perfect family getaway to the outdoors!

We had such an amazing family time together at this well layed out home! With our young adults they were able to have their separate level from adults which helped with those who stayed up late and those who went to bed earlier, lol! The home was well stocked with all the necessities and plenty of puzzles, board and outside games which gave me a great time with my young adult children who I got to spend some quality time with. Scotty and Jason were phenomenal hosts! They even blessed us with the cutest basket of fresh eggs one morning! We definitely plan to visit again and maybe do it during the summer months the next visit. This was in such a great and beautiful location with so much to do for outdoor ventures. We've even referred this home to other family/friends who are in FL looking for a getaway just as this!

Beautiful and Peaceful

We had extended family stay for a long weekend to celebrate my father who passed earlier this year. The large and well kept outdoor space is perfect to have a small group gather overlooking a quiet cove on Lake Rabun (or to lay in the hammock and take a nap!). Scotty is amazing to work with and was so helpful with every detail. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

A slice of paradise on Lake Rabun

My elderly parents, sisters, and my family stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend. Everything was perfect, and everyone in our group had a great time. Highlights for the kids included fishing off the dock and jumping off the platform on the boathouse. Highlights for me included the gorgeous decor, the lovely covered boathouse sitting area, and the fact that my elderly mom could watch the kids play in the water from the many outdoor spaces. My sister appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Everyone loved the Lake! I hope we will have an occasion to stay at The COVE again. It is FANTASTIC!

Family lake getaway!

What an amazing place! So cute, clean, and beautifully renovated. The owners were great to work with and they've added lots of details around the property to create an exceptional place and a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. They even left fresh eggs from their hens in a basket for us when we arrived! We used the propane grill several nights for dinner and the fire pit out on the lawn to roast s'mores. The boathouse on the lake is really special - beautiful view out of the cove, comfy deck furniture, and the water was plenty deep to jump off the 2nd level platform. The house had two kayaks and two paddle boards that weren't mentioned in the description, and we had so much fun using them to get out and explore beautiful Lake Rabun. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Great memories for a lifetime!

Scotty, an Interior Designer, brings her expert touch indoors, focusing on creating stylish, comfortable, and functional spaces. Together, their talents work in perfect harmony to ensure every property feels like a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

Based in both Buckhead and the North Georgia Mountains, Jason and Scotty spend their time between these two worlds, always looking for the next project to enhance and transform. They are the proud owners of six other rental properties around Lake Rabun and are currently working on several exciting renovations, each designed to provide guests with a unique experience and an unforgettable stay.

The Cove stream House was purchased because of its beautiful property and lake views. It is close to our other rental properties we have in Lakemont. We adore the beauty and simplicity of the North Georgia mountains and the surrounding areas!
We spent a year on the home renovations and the outdoor garden landscaping to create a place where family and friends could gather, rest, and unplug with carefree comfort in one of the most desirable spots in Georgia!
