The villa is located in Veranda Palms in the center of Kissimmee. It is less than 15 minutes' drive from Disney and Universal Studios, and can accommodate 26 people. There are Walmart, Sam's, pharmacies, restaurants, old town and many other attractions at the entrance of the community. It is the best choice for family and friends gathering.

HOUSE CAPACITY: This house holds up to 26 people.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

POOL CLEANING: There is a company that does the pool cleaning for us and they have their own schedule. If the guest does not allow the pool to be cleaned a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Pricing for this home is based on 2 guests per bedroom, which is included, and $30 for each additional guest per night.
