Lakeside Retreat- Jacuzzi playground waterview

If you like lake views, shade trees, fire pits, starry nights, great host, and walking trails, and the perfect access for kids to the lake door, then you found your place.

The house is all your. Enjoy the large 1 1/2 acre lot, hot tub, hammock, and at the start of Hancock Trail where you can watch for wildlife.

Guest have use of the whole house as well as the 1 1/2 acres it sits on.

Feel free to call or text with any questions or needs.

Walk down to the bottom of the property to enjoy the lake, explore the hill country, or enjoy music at Whitewater Amphitheater.
$125 non-refundable pet deposit if you want to bring any pet.

Quiet time outside is 11pm. This means no music and please respect our neighbors. Reasonable noise levels on decks and Jacuzzi are welcomed after hours.

Great for the Whole Family

We stayed on this property with our family, everyone had a great time! The house is stocked with supplies and equipment for young kids, which was a huge help to us. The view from the house is beautiful and the location was great! We spent days on the Canyon lake and the Guadeloupe river, both within a 15 minute drive.

Amazing house!

The property was amazing, we loved everything about the house and the check in process was super easy. Only down side would be the water level of canyon lake currently but other than that 10/10.

Relaxing stay

Relaxing location as close to waterfront as I suspect is possible in this level of drought. House was well appointed and beds very comfortable. Great hot tub. Too windy to try out the kayaks, but still enjoyed hiking around the lake. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of deer at dusk and dawn. We’d definitely stay here again.

Mini getaway

The lication of the property is nice. The best view is from the kitchen window! Enjoyed the walk to the beach and the nice relaxing hammock on the way back. Very nice home and well equipped. Just needs a few fixes to make it perfect.

We felt so welcome!

The house was absolutely stunning. The view was beautiful and at night from across the lake you could hear live music being played. The house was fully equipped as well as the kitchen. Communication was excellent. The beds were the most comfortable we ever slept on and you could recline the bed so that was a plus. Our family had a blast and most of all it was peaceful and we needed it! Especially living in the city. The only downside was the lake is Low and we could not swim. But the hot tub made up for it and the kids had a blast! We love this house and I hope others love it to!
