Love Shack Private Hot tub steps to Jet/Town

The Love Shack (by the track) is a little old place where you can get together! Vibrant, bright and cozy, it is the perfect place for your romantic or couples getaway. Whether you are looking for island life, nightlife, beach life… or just to enjoy life, it will fit your needs.
The space
After a fun day at the islands or fishing for walleye, take a soak in the on site hot tub, before walking to the Port Clinton pier and Lighthouse to enjoy the sunset over Lake Erie. Steps away from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry to Put in Bay, you can walk to a myriad of restaurants and drinking establishments from the Love Shack. It is located just outside of the MORA District, which allows you to enjoy your alcohol beverages outside. You can grab your favorite beverage and meal to go, and have a seat to enjoy live music 5 days a week (seasonally) in The District. End your night with a fire in the backyard fire pit before retiring to one of 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and blackout blinds.

You will enter through the backyard, outfitted with a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining table set. The backdoor of the home opens to a foyer, where behind the folding doors you will find a washer and dryer (along with detergent/dryer sheets). The smaller bedroom is to your left, along with a cubby holding your beach towels. The bathroom will be ahead to your right, the large shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and a blow dryer is hiding under the sink. The main bedroom is right outside the bath. Both bedrooms are colorfully decorated, with new queen beds, a closet and luggage rack. The kitchen/living room is open concept. There is dining seating for 4, and the basics you will need are supplied including coffee and tea, basic spices. The Keurig will brew either a single cup, or an entire pot for your group. A blender, toaster, cookie sheet and cake pan are provided. The 42” Roku HDTV is set up to stream your favorite entertainment.

Traveling with small children? We have a Pack n Play available on request.

The large driveway provides offstreet parking (2 cars) and has room for a boat on a trailer, but the house has a maximum capacity of 4 adults.

The Love Shack is 130 years young, and we have lovingly updated it for you. We look forward to hosting you!

Your rental includes the entire house. The garage is not accessible.
Other things to note
Must be 25 years old or older to book. All guests must agree to our house rules prior to booking. Please take time to review them in advance and let us know if you have any questions that you would like to discuss before your arrival.

The Love Shack (by the track) is not for parties or events. Guests are limited to the people listed in the reservation, unless separate arrangements are made to make sure your plans align with acceptable use. Out of respect for the residential community and our neighbors, this is not intended to be a party house.
