Overnight stay

Just a quick overnight stay in this cute apartment. Beautiful morning view of the mountains from the balcony. Plenty of hot water for all of us to shower. Quiet neighbors. Great sleep!

Listing said this could sleep 7 with (2-king beds, 1-double, 1-futon with an office). The space could sleep 6 with no office. The property was incorrectly listed. However, the owner made accommodation for us at another place to sleep our party. He did the best he could for the circumstances we were in. But this split our party.

Brigham let us know what to expect and answered immediately when we had a question. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and included a coffee machine. One very minor item missing was a ladle but we just used one of the big spoons. The wifi was fast and the tv had all the normal apps so we could log in and watch shows. The washer & dryer worked well and it was really nice being able to do laundry. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Convenience and comfort

As advertised - very comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located to a number of quick eats, grocery store, and activities. The host was more than accommodating. We let the host know we would have an infant with us and they made sure a high chair and pack n play was available. We also had to add some family to the reservation and the host ensured they were added and that there were enough towels, etc available. Thanks for the great and memorable stay!

Very nive bed and great showers!

High quality sheets, stylish decorations and upgraded bathrooms. This is my 2nd time staying here and is was amazing. Comfy beds and luxurious sheets plus great TV options. Nice place. Will stay again.

Beautiful and clean

We needed a place to stay while attending our son’s football game and this place was perfect! It was very clean and well taken care of. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

We booked the property for work at the nearby Snow College. Property had everything we expected and some that we didn't. I will try and book this property again for all future work in Ephraim.

After years of praying for a boy, he and his wife decided not to find out the gender of their final child until delivery day. Spoiler alert: prayer works! He’s now a proud (and very busy) dad to a baby boy who keeps the whole family on their toes.

Once an educator, Brigham left the classroom to become a full-time speaker, sharing his gift for humor, creativity, and transformative storytelling. Whether on stage or hosting over 100 podcast episodes, Brigham knows how to keep conversations engaging, thought-provoking, and full of laughs.
