this was just an overnight stay but wished it was longer as the unit is so nice. All the details were covered. the unit was very comfortable. Everything was close, but the entire town is tiny so that's a given.

Communications on location and check in directions were not existent before we arrived. Follow up texts have been difficult. The condo was clean and very attractively decorated. We were only there a few hours before bed time and left first thing the next morning so we weren’t there long enough to enjoy all that was available. The only issue we had was with the tv service which we were unable to get anything to watch

Everything was great! We struggled with cell service in the town of ephraim so I would highly recommend trying to open any link when you have good cell service or a place with WiFi. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Home away from home

We booked the property for work at the nearby Snow College. Property had everything we expected and some that we didn't. I will try and book this property again for all future work in Ephraim.

Heads up before you bookWhen we checked in, the garbage disposal wasn’t working — clearly a pre-existing issue that should have been caught before we arrived. To get it working I had to stick my hand down into the disposal and pull out a large piece of broken shot glass along with several shards it had already chewed up. Not exactly what you want to be doing on vacation. The host did say thanks for fixing it, but that was the extent of it. No acknowledgment of the fact that it was a pre-existing problem, and no gesture of appreciation for the effort it actually took. When I messaged the owner about the shot glass he basically implied it was ours and mentioned that he doesn’t allow alcohol at the property. We don’t drink. I went back and read through the welcome packet again cover to cover — there is no mention of an alcohol policy anywhere. If you like a glass of wine with dinner, you might want to find somewhere else to stay.

Convenience and comfort

As advertised - very comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located to a number of quick eats, grocery store, and activities. The host was more than accommodating. We let the host know we would have an infant with us and they made sure a high chair and pack n play was available. We also had to add some family to the reservation and the host ensured they were added and that there were enough towels, etc available. Thanks for the great and memorable stay!

Brigham let us know what to expect and answered immediately when we had a question. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and included a coffee machine. One very minor item missing was a ladle but we just used one of the big spoons. The wifi was fast and the tv had all the normal apps so we could log in and watch shows. The washer & dryer worked well and it was really nice being able to do laundry. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Ephraim

Listing said this could sleep 7 with (2-king beds, 1-double, 1-futon with an office). The space could sleep 6 with no office. The property was incorrectly listed. However, the owner made accommodation for us at another place to sleep our party. He did the best he could for the circumstances we were in. But this split our party.

As an international speaker and communication specialist, I help leaders who have something significant to say stop struggling to say it. I help them connect in the simplest, most human way possible: through the power of storytelling. As the creator of the Story Hook Method™, I share my one-of-a-kind message on the "secret to compelling communication" to help you build immediate confidence, create deeper engagement, and become truly unforgettable.

For example, when I was a new short-term rental host, I thought everything I loved needed to be in the units. It wasn't until I started hosting people from around the world that I realized a vital truth: It is my house, but it isn’t for me. Once I embraced this, everything shifted. I stopped talking about this or that technical feature and started helping my guests see exactly why they would want to stay by focusing solely on the benefits. After earning over 750 verified reviews across multiple properties, I’ve seen the proof. When you clearly help a guest see why it is their story, their unit, and their vacation, the path to success becomes cleaner and clearer than ever.
