The house was like coming home it was perfect. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Colorado. The view of the mountains from the front door was beautiful.

The property is on a quiet street with a great view of Pikes Peak from the front patio. We enjoyed watching the birds in the bird bath each morning. Although the owners reside upstairs, the property was spacious, quiet and private.We had plenty of space for our family of four. The large primary suite was quite large with a recliner and planning desk. We also appreciated the large walk-in closet in the primary suite which allowed us to lay out our luggage but not take up room in the bedroom itself. My sons especially enjoyed the pool table. We definitely gave it a workout.The location is perfect for visiting Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs and all there is to see and do in the area. We were able to visit Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the Cliff Dwellings, and white water raft and zip line a little farther away. It was a perfect home base for all our summer Colorado activities.Thank you for a lovely stay!

This has been the absolute best home away from home! The space is much larger than the photos show, so plenty of space to unpack and settle in. It’s so cozy and homey and inviting, we just want to move in. We have really enjoyed seeing all of the animals, including the deer that just walk right up to the front porch. We were worried that since there’s no A/C, that it would be too hot, but it hasn’t been at all! The location has been perfect for us. Close enough to all of the sights, yet far enough to feel secluded. We got to see Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Race museum, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and so much more, all within 20-30 min away. The hosts live upstairs, but we really didn’t even see them at all. They communicated well before check-in and let us know one night that we may see a bear in the neighborhood, so to be vigilant when coming in late. Overall, we would absolutely stay again if in the area and would rate more than 10/10 if we could! Thanks, Dan and family for the great place to stay!

Relaxing Stay

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was just as it said it was. The owner was so easy to communicate with. This place was immaculate! It is so convenient to everything. The view of Pikes Peak is amazing. Such a nice place to rest and relax.

A Real Gem

Stayed here recently for quick access to Divide, CO, for an ultra. Great location with easy access to Woodland Park for food and entertainment. Hosts were extremely friendly, communicative, and accomodating. Appreciated the locally sourced chocolate, water, and stocked coffee bar upon arrival. Definitely would book here again.

Cute and clean.

This property was located conveniently to downtown Woodland park and yet had a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. The amenities were perfect for what we needed and the pool table was an added plus. We would definitely plan to stay again!

Great! The accommodation were just as advertised and the view of Pikes Peak was fantastic. We did contact the host and is friendly and come to find out my husband and he were from the same down. If anyone gets the chance to rent these accommodations, it will disappoint!

Home away from home

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable. The owners have thought about every need you might have, from a stroller to hiking sticks. Love all the personal touches throughout the home that help it feel more like being at home yourself, rather than a rental. Highly recommend!

One of the best kept secrets .

Beds were wonderful kitchen very well equipped views were amazing grandkids love the pool table we had one of the best vacations we've ever had there. And our house was wonderful he accommodated as coming in a day early.

Gem of a house with Pikes Peak view

One of our new favorite VRBO homes. Lovely owners. Can’t beat the view. Excellent location. We were able to comfortable stay here with our 3 teen kids, one of which is in a wheelchair full time. Highly recommend

When can we come back?

What an amazing place for our family while visiting the area. Everything was so easy to find, the location is perfect, the house is so clean, the hosts are so helpful and personable. We loved staying here and will definitely be back. I don’t have anything negative to stay. The kids loved playing darts and we got to play pool. The mountain air is so fresh and the view is just breathtaking.
