Summer Deal Kona Oceanview Vacation Condo with Pool and Hot Tub Access

Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom Keauhou Gardens unit. Take in the ocean views from the lanai, large open living area, and spacious lanai. This property is located on Alii Drive in the Keauhou area, close to beaches and Keauhou Harbor.

Upon entry, you will notice the large open floor plan of the living area, dining room, and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. The dining area has a sit-down table for six guests and large windows for lighting. The living area has a Hawaii vibe and ample seating. There is a television for guests' use. There is also a sleeper sofa for guests use in the living area.

The guest room has two twin beds for your guests. There is a large closet to unpack and get comfortable. The guest bathroom is located off the hallway and has a bathtub, and shower combination.

The primary suite has a king-size bed and television. Enjoy the large sliding door to the lanai and ocean views. The primary ensuite has a large shower.

Keauhou Gardens is located on Alii Drive in Keauhou. Enjoy the pool, which is available for guests' use at this property. Keauhou Gardens looks out on the Kona Country Club Golf Course and is close to Keauhou Bay. You are close to shopping at Keauhou Shopping Center which offers restaurants, grocery shopping, a cinema, and much more.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Christmas Getaway

Very nice property, good views, well maintained, includes volleyball, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, and pickle ball courts. Unit was clean and comfortable with good-sized kitchen and living space with a very nice view.

Really spacious condo. Well equipped for longer stays and close to grocery store. The only negatives were a sticky lock on the security door that did lock us in temporarily and a the exhaust fan in the second bathroom was not working. Would recommend this condo.

Property was great, spacious, clean, good facilities in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Parking was good. The kitchen chairs I had to tighten screws as chairs were loose. 2 of the ceiling fans were not working, non on the client lights were working, half of the bed room blinds were broken off so the room filled with light. Multiple power sockets throughout the house were not working. I phoned the maintenance and I got some standing fans delivered and some power multi boxes. also they came to fix the blinds in the bedroom.Apart from that all was really good.Loved the size of the apartment and the nice pools. Thank you

Needs renovation Bathrooms need cleaning The beds were very uncomfortable We were not able to connect wify the fans wouldn't work we noticed it has no batteries we acquired batteries but the electrical is mix wired unable to use the fan in the living room the washer and dryer are extremely noise the blinds in master bedroom has no privacy the smells is a bit overwhelming so we aquire candles and plug-ins but it has enough towel no water in the water dispenser unable to uploaded pictures when you need just ask them

Seemed like it wasnt vacuumed and the floors had not been mopped. Did not have enough shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The main bathroom shower was not working and had to share the master bedroom with four adults. Otger then tgat it was in a good location and were promp about getting the ac fixed.
