Cottage on Shoreline near Lake Texoma sleeps 8

Looking for the perfect Lake experience look no further, You'll love this place whether you're an Angler, Boater, or just enjoying any of the many beaches close by this house has a great location for. We have updated bathrooms & have new appliances & new plush furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to have a meal together at the dining table. The beds are new as well and very comfortable, there is black out curtains so sleeping in is a great option. We’re only 30 min. drive to Choctaw Resort & Casino if you're wanting to try your luck. We also have a community boat dock you can fish from or a beach to relax on only a couple blocks away & boat ramps close by.

You'll love sleeping in this bed with a new king bed and mattress the 2nd bedroom has a comfy new queen bed with a full bed in the loft and there is a couch that turns into a bed similar to a trundle bed and is very comfortable the chase lounge lifts up and stores extra bedding and pillows..

This house is set up to be the perfect Lake House with all the decor. There is a smart flat screen TV with ROKU where you can watch your favorite shows with your streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ect with your own sign in credentials.

We have reliable Broadband WIFI with the highest speed you'll love for those that need to work or want to stream.

There is a full size Ping Pong table in the sunroom for you to enjoy playing. Also in the sunroom there is a dresser and inside there are many board games, cards and coloring books for the kids along with crayons. You will also have a desk in the corner which looks out into the forest behind us. We had one guest describe when sitting at the desk she felt like she was in a tree house. We also have corn hole in the case near the back door to play outside when you're not out boating or catching fish. There is a barn we rent out as well next-door that sleeps 6 for large groups you can rent both which will then sleep 14. The barn has a pool table and a foosball table for even more fun! Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina and Little Mineral Marina within a few miles away.

There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

If you don't already have a fishing license for Lake Texoma you can pick one up at any of the marinas.
There is also a propane bbq grill and a charcoal grill, you need to bring your own charcoal.
We have a fire pit where the firewood is not provided

There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers in front of the house. Please don't park in the driveway as it is for the guests that stay in the barn.

Other things to note:

You have access to the gas BBQ grill and a charcoal grill to grill up some yummy steak;) or a fish fry to eat up all those fish you just caught.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dinner wear, wine glasses, iced tea glasses, juice glasses and many utensils. Whip up a yummy breakfast ot a smoothie in the blender or have yourself a toasted beagle or toast in the toaster. There is a coffee pot to brew that perfect cup and sit out on the front porch and enjoy it.

There is all new appliances that are available for your convenience.

Island View Park is one of the most popular day use parks at Lake Texoma. Visitors can buy day passes, make reservations, rent kayaks, and reserve shelters online. It is open from 9 a.m. to sunset, which is different in every season.

Visitors can take guided kayak tours or a beach picnic boat trip from Island View. They can host corporate events, family reunions, weddings, and more with Island View’s event planners at its event spaces. Pets are welcome on leashes. Island View does not allow firearms, fireworks, or open fires.
