Loved the space. Very adequate for 1 or 2 guests. Biggest advice - the DCU is a further walk than maps indicated - I recommend visitors drive instead of walk ( just a comment - not a negative remark. A tip for future visitors).

Great unit about 10 minutes away from WPI. Very clean and all amenities provided. Loved the private gatage! Stairs in the unit were a bit scary, but everything else was great!

The property is beyond the convenience of the listing. Kaosi has thoroughly thought through everything you may need for a temporary home away from home. You can comfortably do laundry or even cook if you desire. All amenities are provided. The place was immaculately cleaned. Kaosi has provided the answer to almost every question in her introduction to the property, but she is also available quickly if something does arise. I loved the location and the garage entrance was a real plus. I couldn't have had a better place or host for my 4 nights in Worcester!

Nice place!

This apartment is clean and well maintained. The owner was very good to deal with and everything I needed was there for me during my four day stay. I’d come back if ever in Worcester.

Quiet location. Plenty of space. Would not want to share the full size bed as I sleep like a starfish! Host left water and snacks which was very nice as I arrived late evening. Path to back door is gravel and in places steep, not to be attempted in heels in the dark. Once in, easy access to oversized garage on street level. Full control of ac split unit in bedroom area, which was quiet and did not disturb my sleep. WiFi ok for general use but not strong enough to do a lot of data remote work. Host very responsive. Washer and dryer were spotless and easy to use.

Excellent Stay

The unit is immaculately clean and comfortable. The host is incredibly responsive. I had a sudden and urgent need for her help. She responded to me within a few minutes and all was resolved. The unit is a short distance to WPI. Thank you.

Long weekend

This is a super nice property within walking distance (or a short Uber) to many bars/restaurants. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Having a garage to park my car in was a huge perk.

Silver Scream Stay

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Worcester for a convention and concert and it was perfect for us! The apartment is super clean and comfortable and close by to downtown Worcester, less than a 10 minute drive without traffic. Having access to the garage was a great perk to avoid needing to street park on the one way road. We would definitely return, thank you so much!

The property was spacious and clean. You could tell that it had been newly remodeled. It was everything that I needed for my short stay in Worcester. I appreciated the garage parking, as street parking was very tight.

This property was perfect for my needs while visiting for the disc golf MVP Open at Maple Hill. Uber rides to and from Maple Hill were only about 15 minutes. A well known local diner, Miss Worcester, is about a 10 minute walk. It is nice that garage space is available if you have a car. The only challenges I had was having the bathroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs, and the shower water pressure was pretty light, but the inconvenience was truly minimal. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This location was very convenient, only about a 10 minute drive to WPI. We especially loved the garage parking at the apartment. We felt very safe here! Our host was very helpful and kind, as well as open to suggestions. The place was very nice, and seemed newly remodeled. We would absolutely recommend this place!! The only thing I'd point out, is that the bed and bathroom are on separate levels, so if you get up to go to the bathroom at night, you've got to go up, and back down stairs. But overall this place is super nice! Loved our host!!

Great for contract workers

Kaosi was fabulous and responsive. the apartment garage where you walk straight in to the apt. Washer dryer full kitchen and comfortable bed! Everything you need when returning from a long day at work. Easy access to 290 close to restaurants and Polar Park. I felt at home during my extended stay. Definitely a great place for a more long term rental when you need that “in between “ place. Thanks Kaosi for sharing your home

Kaosi was very quick with her communications when I reached out with a question or needed a small issued rectified. The home is clean and comfortable. Only 2 recommendations I would have for this property is to get at least 1 oven safe pan/dish, and put a motion sensor light at the side of the house you walk down for accessing the apartment.

This apartment was brand new, perfectly clean, and very well suited to the needs of one or two travelers. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed fully equipped to do so. The single car garage made parking easy and the apartment secure. The only awkward thing about the apartment was that the bathroom was on the upper floor while the bedroom was downstairs. Other than that, this was a great apartment, conveniently located to diverse eating establishments and the ballpark. I hope to use this apartment often.

Clean and cozy

We found this property to be a really good value for our short stay. Everything was extremely cleaned and we were able to have two people work from home for one day without much issue. Wifi is fast although the signal is weak in some parts of the unit. Really appreciated having garage access because Street parking can get tight. We tried walking some places but found ubers to be cheap and easier as some of the areas we were walking didn't seem to be the best for pedestrians. The host was very accessible and communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Gem 💎 of an Apartment & Wonderful Host!

This apartment is a gem of a find in Worcester! Very clean and newly renovated, you can tell that the Host puts a lot of care and intention into maintaining this property and helping her guests feel welcome. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, sites, and shops. Check in and check out were very easy. I loved the private garage parking - essential for this location because street parking was limited. Kaosi, the Host, is warm, welcoming, and extremely responsive to whatever you need. One thing I would highlight is that the property is two floors. The bedroom is on the ground/basement level and the kitchen and bathroom are on the street level/first floor. So if you are a heavy packer like me, keep that in mind because if you want to bring your suitcase into the bedroom, you need to carry it up and down the stairs. I used the luggage racks and kept my suitcase upstairs in the open kitchen/living area upstairs by the bathroom. This also means that if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you need to walk upstairs. Just something to know in advance, but it does not take away from this incredible property. I really loved it and would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Worcester.
