Stay on Cape Ann for the Holidays ! Celebrate Gloucester’s 400th celebrations and activities. Attending a local wedding ? Renovating this winter ? This unit is a fabulous location to be for all life celebrations. Have family in the area but want your own space ? You found just the place:) Fabulous sunset view of Little River. Best location to get to all Cape Ann has to offer.

Relax on large deck and watch the infamous West Gloucester sunsets. Ten minutes drive to Wingaersheek Beach, Good Harbor Beach or downtown to events in Gloucester. Dock access to swimming in the Annisquam River or bring a kayak or paddle board to venture further down the river for day's activity!
Short drives to Manchester-by-the-Sea, Essex, and Rockport. Within and hours drive you may travel north to Newburyport, Portsmouth, NH and then into Kittery, Maine for a fabulous day trip. The MBTA train has 2 Gloucester stops for a 45 min trip into Boston, or take a stop in Salem, MA.

This spacious (1,800 sq ft) unit is perfect to be the central location for any wedding or family event you would have in the area. Plenty of parking on site.

We have hi speed Wifi, 2 TVs, 65" living room & 50" in bedroom. Full kitchen and space to cook or enjoy local takeout !

Best local neighborhood restaurant is Lobsta Land minutes out the door !

Perfect spot!

Fall weekend escape

Beautiful property as shown in photos. Excellent location to explore Cape Ann area. Meg have excellent recommendations to v restaurants & things to see. We enjoyed relaxing at the property. Full of windows & light even on the one dreary day we had.

Wonderful Host. Beautiful Location, Spacious, Clean and Peaceful!

We loved our stay. It began with a wonderful tour by our very gracious host Meg, who showed us the gorgeous property including the dock set on the beautiful Annisquam River. The Carriage house is incredibly spacious and light filled, with tree top views all around. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

True Relaxation

What an absolute gem of a rental stay in Gloucester, MA! The view overlooking the Annisquam River was absolutely breathtaking, and the property's beauty left us in awe. Not only was the location fantastic, but the host's genuine nature, friendliness, enthusiasm, and accommodation truly made our experience unforgettable. I even locked myself out and I was helped right away!! The peaceful surroundings and incredible views from the private porch overlooking the left us speechless. With easy access to stunning beaches nearby, we had the best of both worlds. We are bursting with excitement to wholeheartedly recommend this stay and are already counting down the days until our inevitable return! The property was spotless and had everything needed. I could not wait to cook in the beautiful kitchen space which was fully stocked with everything you could need. Meg was a fantastic host, learning she is actually experienced from her years of managing another seasonal property. I have been renting from VRBO all over the east coast for the past 8 years and this by FAR was the best experience. We highly recommend!! Thank you again!!
