Nice Location

The house was set up very nicely for a large group. Layout was great! And the manager was very prompt with replies. House is conveniently located to airport (about 20 mins) and to the south beach area. We highly recommend nearby Pinecrest Gardens for younger children! Only $5 to enter - includes a splash pad, playground and more. The house had no toaster - so we bought one and donated it to the house :) Couple minor problems (bedroom AC and door code), but the only real problem was that they could use more space for garbage. Prior tenants left theirs in three cans. So we had no can at all for the first day or two, then after garbage pickup that was the only can available (for 14 people 6 days!) Did not work out well. But the house was pretty much exactly as described and worked well for our family. I especially liked that the manager was so prompt at responding.

Family vac for 14

the main reason we got this house is proximity to another family member house. the house is older but has been updated. A/c worked great, the pool area has issues. the pool has a coping that keeps the water that splashes on to the deck makes it slippery cause some falls, not enough dishes, pool towels pool floats etc. some repairs needed screen pool driveway. Certainly, expected more quality for the price as compared to other properties i have stayed at. kitchen cutlery did not cover all 14 people without having to wash constantly.
