We stayed here for a family trip to the Everglades. Convenient location to Shark Valley and the main park road to Flamingo. Also not far from the keys which we also visited. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The back yard and patio were awesome. We swam almost every day and had coffee in the morning and ended our day in the hot tub. The neighborhood was really nice and we enjoyed walking around the area. Owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful house on a secluded cul de sac. Great pool and hot tub, although pool heating costs extra. Comfortable beds, including 2 bunk-beds. Could have been cleaner, particularly the dishes in the cabinets. We enjoyed our stay.

Came to Miami for my destination wedding. We chose this house because we have a large family and wanted a pool and hottub. We made a few family meals in the kitchen and the house had everything we needed and felt just like home. It was an amazing oasis to relax and enjoy our vacation. We had a couple small issues and the property managers were instantly responsive and gracious. We will 100% be back.

The hosts for this home are so wonderful and accommodating! This was a cozy stay and perfect for our group needs. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us to hang out together! I highly recommend!

Great week for son's graduation

My son was graduating from the U so we stayed the week at this Kendall home. The home is situated 20 min. from MIA airport and 20 min. to the U. Great location to malls, restaurants, grocery etc.LOTS of PROS for the property:*Excellent communication with the owners. Mom and Daughter run the communications. Daughter you book with and Mom, Ketty, handles it all after you arrive. Very attentive, kind! Wonderful!*You are supplied with TP, PT, garbage bags to get the house going and then you purchase as you run out. Bring toiletries and a laundry pod to get going.*Great working kitchen. Includes some spices, S&P, coffee filters.*Plenty of closets & hangers.*Backyard is PERFECTION! The pool & hot tub we used daily. Matthew, Ketty's husband, will come over and show you how to use it. Plenty of seating outside. There is an outdoor kitchen with sink & grill. We used it all w/o issue. *You do not need to do a thing when you leave. You don't even need to empty the fridge or do laundry. So nice and convenient, especially for those early AM flights.*A/C is powerful which is wonderful! Fans in each closet.*Plenty of space in home. CONS:*Home is a little warn. Garage could be tidied. Needs TLC BUT it is clean.*A laundry basket to remove clothes from dryer is needed.*We had toilet issues. We did our best to limit our TP usage. No flushing of the obvious things. Raul (handyman) was wonderful and fixed it within hours and suggested zero TP use.We really enjoyed our week!

Wonderful Space/Very Beautiful

The ambiance was truly exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. The check-in process was seamless. The property was situated in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood. The space was great, allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy while also coming together in the evening on the backyard patio, which featured a pool and Jacuzzi.

A large, nice property

This property is very large and has a wonderful back yard. There is plenty of room in the house for many people and lots of sleeping room and 3 bathrooms. The neighbor is quite and there were no issues there. I think the property is protrayed well in the listing. The price is fair for what is offered. I think it is important to give credit for all of that.Looking at other reviews I do agree with comments that were made as to the concerns listed. While I see the owner attacks anyone who trys to leave a honest review that is a bit concerning. I think some simple changes/updates could really make this property pop. They could charge even more and I would certainly score the property higher.We were interrupted several times during our stay and this is made us uneasy. The owner did apologize but I do not think its uncommon.

Perfect quiet place!

This rental is exactly what it appears to be. Plenty of gathering space for groups in a quiet neighborhood. Enough room to relax and catch our breath between our jaunts. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks!!

Privat Paradise in Miami

The cottage is beautiful especially the jacuzzi and the pool. We were there for 8 days with 6 adults and wanted for nothing. We barbecued by the pool every evening, used the hot tub and enjoyed the private atmosphere. We will definitely book this vacation home again on our next trip to Miami.

Great house for our needs

Nine of us fit quite comfortably in this house. The pool and hot tub with all the foliage really make it feel like a getaway. Kitchen was a nice size. We made most of our meals and sometimes we would buy delicious meals from nearby restaurants. Property owners were very accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will stay here next time we are visiting family for the holidays.

Miami stay

The house was beautiful and clean with the exception of a few dirty dishes, a hair in my bed sheets, and one towel that smelled like mildew. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions. Also, a written list of instructions for the pool and spa would be convirnient. Overall we had a great stay, loved the pool and spa, and the overall location sad just right for us!

Miami back again

This property is amazing!! Ketty was terrific! We loved the pool. It was warm and the water was soft. The lights in the spa and pool is what made them extraordinary. The outside space was really great and seatings were plentiful!! Our family loved the time spent there! I tell everyone who ask about my vacation to check out VRBO and this place. I was very satisfied.
