Quick get away

Place was beautifully decorated and overall clean. The light switches need some attention to get the dirt off them. Plenty of fresh soft towels and beach towels as well. The beach chairs were an added plus as well as supplies to take to the beach. If planning to cook there will need to buy spices and condiments. Private back yard with a pool to sit around and relax. Fan in the one bedroom would have been nice as it got hot in that room. The other one had one as well as the rest of the house. Did contact the owner about a smoke alarm missing a battery she was quick to respond but also let me know she was not available to address the issue.

Close to IMG

This is a great little house with good proximity to IMG Academy. We enjoyed the backyard and pool a lot. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, and our neighbors hosted an all night karaoke party one night. Aside for that, which is totally out of anyone’s control, I would definitely recommend this home.

Great pool, close drive to Anna Maria Beaches!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4, taking advantage of the backyard pool every day! We spent mornings at the beach, with a short 15 drive to Anna Maria public beaches, and afternoons at the house enjoying the pool area. The drive to Anna Maria is quick as long as you plan ahead to get there at a reasonable time in the morning. We enjoyed staying off the island so we could enjoy restaurants and other nearby attractions in and around Bradenton & Sarasota.

Home was beautiful! Very clean and located exactly within miles of where we needed to be! Great location.

Fantastic Home

The house is very clean and comfortable, the pool and tiki bar are a highlight!! Conveniently located near groceries and restaurants, and very close to IMG Academy. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed.
