Welcome!
This cozy house is located in Spanish Park community which is 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island beach and 3 other beaches. Less than 10 to IMG academics. Within 30 mins to ellenton premium outlets mall, UTC mall, and a lots of restaurants. Walking distance to supermarket. Please contact us to let us know at least 1 day in advance if you want pool heated for your stay at $20 per night.

Home away from home

Spouse and stayed here for the month of March 2024 with 2 small dogs. We had a great experience and our family was able to visit further adding to our enjoyment. Had the pool heated which we highly recommend. Any time we had a question or something popped up we messaged our host and it was promptly addressed. Very close to shopping and a great park GT Bray about 2 miles away.Plenty of space to walk and play. All the Preserves Robinson, DeSoto, Manatee are a short drive away and worth the experience. Also very close to AMI. Nice quiet neighborhood, on line pics give a good sense of the home. Recommend staying here.

Family getaway

Communication with the owners was always fast and immediate. Pictures reflected the house on the inside. Home was comfortable and decorated nicely with a lot of room and comfortable beds. As mentioned in other posts the master bathroom sink is slow draining, owners should have someone check the drain for blockage. One morning my wife woke up to a live cockroach in kitchen sink (probably needs exterminating company - we are from the north and don’t have to deal with those type of issues. Paid the extra to have the pool heated but felt it could have been a little warmer (personal preference not on the owner). Negative was the outside of the house, yard… when we first pulled up we felt we were pulling into an abandoned house because the driveway was covered in silt, leaves etc. the yard/flowerbed was over grown with weeds and covered by seed pods from the front tree. Side yards were also covered in weeds. Back yard and front yard had tons of loose leaves which would blow into the pool. Seems like an easy fix would be to have a weekly landscape company maintain weeds and leaves etc and would greatly enhance the curb appeal. Again once inside the owners did a nice job. We were down during busy spring break and traffic in the area was crazy busy. The 15 minute ride to beach was on average an hour or more! Just an fyi to plan accordingly. House had beach chairs, toys, coolers, towels etc, kitchen was equipped nicely. All in all a decent rental.

Thanksgiving Celebration

The house was perfect to host a few family members for Thanksgiving. Beautiful pool and yard made it easy to enjoy the FL weather outdoors. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Couple concerns but good overall

Nice place and roomy for the family. Masterbedroom toilet backed up and the sink also, couldn't find pool light switch and when we did the light didnt work in the pool for the kids when sunset was 800pm. Other than those two compliants house was good.
