Let's not forget proximity, this complex is only 0.5 miles from Florabama and much more entertainment spots/restaurants!



The Space:

**Snowbird 30 day monthly rate $2411 plus tax*, this rate is for Direct Website bookings only. Airbnb will have additional fees added to the nightly rate so please send us a message for all snowbird monthly rate inquiries of you're inquiring on Airbnb.



This property features large living and bedroom areas to sleep 6! The primary bedroom features a king bed and secondary room features 2 twin beds! Queen sleeper couch in the living room!



Guest Access:

For your stay, you will have full access to unit 210, the pool area, bbq pits, and outdoor seating! The beach is directly across the street from the complex but no deeded beach access. That beach access does not belong to Jubilee Landing and renters are not allowed to use this beach area. The nearest public beach area is 0.5 miles when exiting right out the complex or you can utilize the beach access at Florabama.



There are also first come first serve boat slips that have to be reserved with at least 24 hour notice. Boat slips cost $50/night and you must provide proof of insurance, boat registration, and size of boat in order to get a boat pass for the slip. You are not allowed to park your boat trailer at the complex per HOA, only owners can park boats/trailers at the complex in front parking lot. You can park your boat trailer at Hopkins Boat Storage at 27236 Canal Rd Orange Beach, AL for a minimal price.



The Neighborhood:

Jubilee Landing is located only 0.5 miles from Florabama restaurant and bar! Quick drive or walk to enjoy drinks, nightlife, concerts, fireworks, and more! Also located only a short distance from the Pass and other incredible restaurants Orange Beach has to offer!



Getting Around:

You can park in any parking spot on the right handed side when entering the complex. Do not park under the complex, this is reserved for owners only. The parking fee is $25/per pass. $25 will be included in your stay. If you need additional parking passes, we will request $25 for each additional pass.



Other Things to Note:

Please eat at designated eating areas such as dining room table, bar stools, and balcony seating to avoid stains on furniture.
