Excellent location to the boardwalk. The apartment was very clean and check-in was pretty simple. The only complaint I really had was the king bed was not very comfortable but the girls who shared the room with the two queen beds had no complaints. John was very quick with responses to any questions I may have had. Highly recommend the property for the location and overall hospitality.

Awesome Stay

We LOVED this site! Our floor was very clean with all the ameneties one could hope for. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and spacious unit

Perfect location to enjoy the boardwalk and nearby amenities. Great communication with owner if you need any assistance. Would go back.

Nice and Cozy

Stayed here for the Beach Blast soccer tournament with another family. Not a lot of extra room, but it served it's purpose. Property was clean and host was responsive. Appliances could use some updating.

Dryer barely worked and only if you used one setting. It sounded like it was going to go through the floor when in use. Walls were dirty, bathroom shower was grungy, bathroom vanity drawers were broken and inoperable.Never received the parking instructions and was wondering why people were parking at the property. Emailed the owner with a delayed reply. Walking through a bedroom to get to a second bedroom was inconvenient. I should have looked at the property photos more closely. There were no check out instructions, so I called to ask and was told that we didn’t need to do anything. Owner was pleasant to deal with. This place just was not a good fit for our family dynamics.

We stayed at the property for a long weekend for our kids’ Beach Blast Soccer Tournament. It was good to have a place that was able to accommodate that without having to settle for the seedy Wildwood hotels. This property is close to the beach, offered decent space, and included a washer and dryer which was nice. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to questions.There was a number of problems with the property that I can’t overlook. The pictures posted on VRBO make the bedrooms appear immaculate but there are things that pictures don’t show. One was that the beds were not very comfortable and we all thought we were going to fall right through the mattresses. There was noticeable mold and rust on the ceilings and walls which was disappointing to see. Other issues were the cracks and separation in the flooring which looked as if it hasn’t been maintained for sometime. The bathroom was disappointing as the shower was absolutely filthy with noticeable wear and rust and fixtures that were rusty. I understand that it’s a summer rental but for how much we were paying each night, it was a letdown and not worth the price.The parking situation is not good either. There is a shared parking area with other properties but parking there is a hassle because you risk being double parked or you have to park someone in and leave a note for them to contact you which can pull you away from your vacation. The other option is to pay the 50 day ParkMobile price for street parking.
