Good if you don't mind music
The property managers were great in terms of responsiveness and ease of working with. The apartment was very clean, but there were a few issues:
1. This is residential condos and the Aha Hotel is just below. The "windows" open up to the lounge and restaurant. The music goes until 11PM every night and then there is talking that carries up from some of the groups that linger. They start back up between 9:30-10:30am. I had to turn on my white noise, which worked in the morning, but the night noise was too loud.
2. Warm shower - not hot. Bath was hot
3. Door to the balcony would not open, I asked for that to be addressed and was never able to open it
4. Totally personal, but the bed was way too hard for me and the pillows were fairly flat. I had trouble getting to the right temp in the room and there was only one extra blanket.
5. Washer was a little finicky. It took me about 30 min to get it to start the cycle.
6. Sockets in the kitchen did not work. Limited pan/pots.
7. I could never get the tv in the living room to work, only the bedroom.
8. Not a con, but FYI - you have to meet any delivery service downstairs
Positives - VERY clean
1. Great pool (heated) in the next building and spa. I didn't get in because of my schedule, but sat outside for a bit and dipped my toes.
2. Nice pool lounge area
3. The restaurant downstairs on the 21st floor (what the atrium opens to) is really, really good with great outdoor seating. (Try the eggplant even if you don't love eggplant)
