Our Condo offers many amenities so you can come straight in and relax. We supply “start-up kits” of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, & laundry soap. Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery, coffee maker AND CARBON FILTERED TAP WATER! so you don't have to waste money on plastic water bottles!

Sea Vista is conveniently located just south of the Queen Isabella Causeway and is adjacent to the Water Beach Park at Isla Blanca with easy walking access.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a deposit hold of $500.

What a great location!

We loved where this was located. Only 10 minute drive to all sorts of restaurants. Walk to the beach was only 10 minutes too. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful Stay

This property will not disappoint. It has all the things you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking equipment. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The pool and hot tub are welcoming and clean. This property amazing!

Beautiful view and great location

We chose this condo to celebrate our daughter's fifth birthday which happened to be on the same day as Memorial Day. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean and the swimming pool condo was a great size. There was loud music from neighboring hotels until approximately 11 pm but, other than that, we had a great stay at this condo and would definitely return.

Beautiful place!

Myself and four friends spent the weekend here and had a fabulous time! It is a beautiful corner unit with full unobstructed view of the beach. We Three good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that accommodated 5 women with no problem. Nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Would come back again anytime!

Amazing view from master and living room!

We just came back from a great little getaway at this beach paradise. The views of the ocean from the living room and master are amazing. Olentybif room in all three bedrooms as well. Our host was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. I will definitely rent here on our next trip.

Excellent accommodation!!!

We were all very happy with the condo! Looks just like the pictures! Very clean! The view was amazing and the balcony was big and great to just sit out on. It was so nice staying right on the beach with easy access! We will definitely be back!!! This was our first time renting from VRBO and were pleased with how easy Selena made everything!

Great Location and Beach Access

The best thing about this condo is the access to the beach. It is conveniently located with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching our teenagers on the beach. The pool was somewhat small but nice, clean, and never crowded. The facility itself was a bit dated, but the inside of the condo has been updated. The beds are decent if you like them very firm. We had everything we needed for the stay. We found pickle board paddles on our last day in the office.

Wonderful summer trip to South Padre

This Sea Vista condo was perfect for our group which included family, friends, children, teens. It was right on the beach and at the end of a long line of condos/hotels so it wasn't as crowded as other areas. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. It was perfect. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you Serena!

Awesome condominium

Wonderful place with amazing view. Plenty of room for the 4 of us! We were very happy with our choice. Overall, it was clean. Beds were comfortable enough, and showers (and everything else) worked fine. We were thrilled to find beach chairs in kids bedroom closet, and washing machine came in handy. We’d love to stay here again!

So Relaxing

We had such an amazing time at this condo. It was so wonderful to walk into a clean, beautifully decorated space. It had the best views of the ocean. Our kids and I truly loved the whole space. I loved all the bed options and that my kids were able to choose where they wanted to sleep, the bathrooms have been recently redone and were really beautifully done Lastly, the property manager was so on top of everything she was quick to respond, and happy to help us with anything which made all the better experience.

Convenient location, well equipped, beautiful condo!

With this being our first trip to SPI we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! It was very convenient being so close to the bridge to Port Isabel. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The two chairs by the living room windows were the very thing that caught my eye when looking for a place to book and those comfy chairs ended up being our favorite place to watch the incredible sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. It was a great place to reunite with good friends and the layout with spacious rooms made it an easy space to share. Easy communications for the rental made it easy on us first-timers to the island. We look forward to a return visit!

Great South Padre Condo

Great condo, clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Had issues getting into condo. The incorrect code was given to access the condo key so we spent an hour in the hallway trying to get in touch with Serena, booking agent. My credit card was also charged twice for the security deposit. Charge was removed as soon as I contacted Serena.

Located in a gated complex with free parking for two vehicles!
This condo has been modernized with custom made cabinets, quartz countertops, new lighting, all new appliances and room darkening window treatments and internet speeds up top to 400 mbps to provide a better experience for our clients by allowing for faster speeds and better connectivity on more devices!
