Rosanna has a really amazing property, just steps off the beach. We communicated with her a few times, and she always got back to me really quickly. I was shocked at how pretty everything was! The apartment is nice! And includes so many extras like beach toys and pool towels and so much more. If I come to South Padre again, I would want to stay here. 10/10

The condo was perfect for our stay. Rosanna thought of everything we could possibly need and was available if needed. We lived the proximity to the beach and our balcony offered great views. I would highly recommend- we had a marvelous experience!

Perfect Vacation

Hosts were very thoughtful in having items available that we would need or just extra for pampering. The place was comfortable, clean, great location and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

The place was excellent. It is very clean, and there is great communication with the owner. The condo is excellently stocked with kitchen needs and beach items. I would certainly stay there again.

Love this condo!

We love this condo and Sea Vistas! She provides everything needed for the beach, the pools are awesome, the view is spectacular and the condo feels like home when we are there. Can't wait to go back, we love Padre and this condo!

Good times...

Was amazing to be so close to the beach and being the last resort closest to mexico made it very uncrowded and relaxing. Sandcastle building with Andy Hancock was simply amazing! Best family activity of our vacation. We will be back.

Great Property

Had a nice 3 day stay on South Padre Island. Weather did not cooperate so we never went on the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and the. Iew from the condo is great. Condo is beautifully redecorated. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner was fabulous. Thanks for a nice get away.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

We booked a trip to South Padre on a whim and I’m so glad we stayed here! This is pretty much everything I wanted for a condo when looking for accommodations. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all we needed for a day at the beach. The owner was very helpful whenever we had questions and even talked me through a grocery delivery to the condo. The pool was perfect and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Take the time to sit on the balcony in the morning and have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. We’ll most certainly be back!

Perfect property for enjoying the beach

We had a magical time on South Padre Island and the surrounding area. The white sands of South Padre are magical, water warm, and the property is perfect for enjoying them. Loved the tennis court, too. Get all your gear (skim boards, etc) at the outfitters about 100 yards from the property - but the host had umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a nice cart in which to carry it all the short walk to the beach. Condo is great for hanging out and enjoying family time as well.

Beautiful Rental!

We travel to SPI for a family getaway for the 4th of July weekend. Two yrs prior we stayed at Sea Vista condos (different unit) and had a wonderful time. The unit we stayed for n this year was absolutely beautiful. Remodeled with stunning decor and a great view to boot! Even the woman at the front desk (during check in) said we had one of the nicest condos. We couldn’t have been more pleased, and will definitely be returning again next year.

Best beach condo ever

This is a supreme property with the best property manager ever - Rosanna. Anything, and I mean anything you could possibly need is included in this condo. The beach equipment, towels, kitchen supplies, everything you need is there and in great condition. This is the quieter end of the island which is nice. Several good restaurants, Sea Ranch especially right across the street. Easy access to the beach and loved the pool too. Enjoy - we sure did!

Peaceful in South Padre

It has been about 7 years since last visiting South Padre. Wanted my Mom to enjoy the beach probably for the last time depending on her health. She greatly enjoyed. Beach days were perfect. Property was great. Great rooms. Kitchen and dining area even better as we spent a lot of time there. Rosanna the owner was very responsive and gave us updates if needed.

Amazing Condo, Best Vacation Ever!

This is my second visit to this property and doubt it will be our last! The home is cozy & everything you need is provided. The owner is great at communication and helped us out during a tropical storm. We lost power briefly and she helped us out alot! She also checked in on us to make sure we were safe. All the beach gear is provided and a washing machine/dryer. Beds are comfortable! You will not regret staying here !

Perfect timing

Condo was clean and comfortable. Really appreciate the owner having comfy mattresses! For us, kitchen was just a little sparse but we managed just fine. The only downside to the property is a lack of gas/propane grills to use. If you are a charcoal griller you will be fine. We had a blast and loved how clear the water was and how warm as well. The pool was awesome and always cool. Owner checked in on us and was very nice. Area restaurants were great. Can't recommend Josephine's enough and Happy Hour at SPI Brewing Company was incredible. Great stay and would come back now for another visit if we could! Highly recommend!

Location location!

Spent a week on the beach and in the pool! The property was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beach toys, towels, chairs. I even noticed baby necessities pack and play etc! (which we didnt need) the location was great. The last condo on the south side of the island was away from a lot of the chaos of spring break. Easy access to grocery stores and souvenir shops. The owner contacted me when maintenance noticed the ac freezing over. They were able to get someone in to fix it while we were out to dinner. Quick and respectful. Highly recommend this condo and owner!

Family Spring Break 2024

We had the best time on our Spring Break vacation! The unit had EVERYTHING we needed and I mean EVERYTHING! We forgot Aloe Vera of all things! No problem because there were two bottles in the unit. It was so nice not having to pack beach chairs and boogie boards! We definitely loved saving car space. The kids loved the layout of the condo! Our younger two loved the gaming system and our teenager loved having her own room! It was super clean and quiet. Lots of other families and no college spring break craziness! It was the perfect layout for our family of 5! Our kids are 5,11 and 14. Rosanna was an amazing host and so thoughtful! My birthday was over our stay and she left a cake and candles in the fridge for me. We definitely enjoyed it! We are coming back over the summer! The location is great being at the beginning of the island- the beach wasn’t crazy crowded. This is a MUST BOOK!

Dream vacation on the beach 🌊

Rosanna was truly an amazing host. This place has absolutely everything you could need- beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to get all of it down to the beach (there’s an elevator which makes this all easy peasy). The beach is RIGHT THERE when you exit the building. And once you’re done at the beach, there are outdoor showers right where you originally exited so you can rinse off before heading back into the building. I honestly couldn’t imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the beach. The unit was also spotless. My husband has pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and he thought it was wonderful in that regard. So many clean, fluffy towels were provided (body, face, hand), plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen so you can pretty much whip anything up. There’s also a very nice washer and dryer to use. It has a hand wash setting which is so helpful for more delicate bathing suits and coverups. I could go on and on all day, but I’ll wrap with how responsive and kind Rosanna was. I called twice- when I first arrived and was a dodo who couldn’t figure out the very easy gate, and after we checked out to say thanks for everything! She answered both times and was a delight to talk to. This was such an amazing experience all around. We cannot wait to return. Book it- you won’t regret it.

Hello! I'm Rosanna. I own and manage this condo and would love to host you! I grew up going to South Padre Island as a little girl and then continued the tradition with our 3 children. We eventually decided to buy a slice of South Padre heaven of our own in 2018. We have enjoyed sharing our love for the island so much that we have opened up 2 more condos to guests. We call ourselves Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals and hope to have you stay with us and decide which condo is your favorite :)!
