Large family friendly house with amenities everyone can enjoy. This house has over 9,000 square foot of living space, 9 bedrooms, and can sleep 27 people. Keep everyone entertained with the heated, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and poker table. Come across some nice days and the kids could have fun on the outdoor play set.
The main floor consists of two beautiful sitting rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very large dinning room table. There are two sleeping areas on the main floor, a king bed adjacent to the living room overlooking the woods, and a queen bed off of the second living room. Currently no shower on the main floor.
Upstairs you will come across 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Connected to this bedroom is a large bathroom with a large walk in shower and tub. On the other side of that bathroom is another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed. Continue down the hall and you will find a full bathroom with a washer and dryer and another bedroom with a king bed. The last two bedrooms upstairs are next to each other and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. These bedrooms have a queen bed and then a queen over queen bunkbed.
Find your way downstairs to come across another large sitting area and a six person poker table. The basement also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a king and a queen bed, and the last bedroom has a king bed.
Only a few minutes from the Michigan Speedway, Bundy Hill Off Road Recreation LLC, and the town of Brooklyn, MI. Also not far from Devil’s Lake, a public lake with a public beach.

The house was spectacular and had all of the amenities we needed. We stayed here with extended family to celebrate my son’s graduation from MSU and we could t have been happier. The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the college kids enjoyed the basement! We had room for everyone and would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and organized.With 4 generations occupying the same space we all could have game time and our private time. The only problem for us older folks was a rail to get in and out of pool and hot tub would have been helpful. Scavenger hunt was a big hit with everyone. Beautiful home with a beautiful setting. Would recommend!

The place was awesome! Very clean and well stocked for the amount of guests we had. This was our 12th year going on a trip and our first year at this place. By far the best indoor pool we’ve had! We will definitely be considering this place again!

We had a large group of friends have a reunion in this house and it was an incredible space! We've had a reunion like this annually for over ten years and this is, by far, the nicest house that we've rented for it. The property appears very well cared for, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was VERY clean and also nice and warm in April, the hot tub was hot... It was great. With 25 adults, the house was full but never felt crowded. There are so many great spaces for sub groups to connect and chat. The kitchen had everything that we expected and more. The location is incredibly peaceful, serene and private. We loved our stay and are strongly considering it again next year!

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property tremendously. There were plenty of different areas to hang out and visit, play cards and have meals. It was very clean and well appointed. Great place!

Amazing stay

The house is clean, stocked, and had a lot of toys and books for kids. The pool and hot tub are perfect for a winter getaway. This is our second time staying here and we highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this home, and again it was wonderful! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked ( but not cluttered with other peoples things) and very spacious for our group of 17! The pool was definitely a hit again too!

Family Weekend

We totally enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great and there was something to keep everyone busy all weekend. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone.
