The house was in a quiet neighbor hood which I liked. The house seem bigger in the picture. It was small but comfortable. I would suggest to the owner that it would be nice to have a small table off the kitchen to eat on. Maybe a pedestal table with two chairs. We didn't find out that we had to park in the street until we got there. It wasn't a problem but we would have liked to have been told when booking. Did not know about the street sweeper either. Wasn't sure where we was going to park. Did talk to someone and he gave us permission to park in drove way. We did just that for that one morning. Some kitchen towels and more bath towels would also be nice. All in all it was a nice pleasant place to stay.

This is not a 1 bdrm it's more a studio. If you want to have a meal you will have to eat outside. The patio area was a disarray so we had to sweep and clean that area to use it to eat our meals the last full day there someone came in using a key stating they thought we were leaving due to a mix up by VRBO. I'm glad someone was there because there were valuables inside. At that time I told them our check out was not until tomorrow at 11am but yet she still came knocking on the door in the morning at 8:45. 2 hrs and 15min before check out. We felt pressured to leave. I would not recommend this rental. It is not as advertised and not well maintained.

Beautiful, well-cared for cottage in great location

We would definitely stay here again! We are HUGE Disneyland fans and this cottage was in the perfect location, convenient to everything The owner was quick to respond when we had questions and was very kind! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and parking was easy, as well.

Great place and awesome host

Michelle was very helpful and was very fast in all her communications with us. The place is very lovely and clean. It's in a great neighborhood and it's a short walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and beautiful

The outside area was well designed and well landscaped. Very peaceful and private feel. Inside was well maintained. Walk in closet was a nice place keep the luggage out of the way.

Warning!Host did not respond to any form of communication. Property was not clean, and hazards were present such as broken glass. Amenities not properly stocked. The scariest part was the property was double booked and we arrived back home to the door wide open (next guest given same code). Huge safety red flag. We ended up leaving and having to find different accommodations our last night.

Comfy cottage

Loved the kitchen, a great shower and comfy beds. The outdoor patio was an unexpected delight. As others have said the owner, Michelle, was so responsive to questions we had.

Pros: The location here was great…quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a Target plus easy street parking. Very comfortable bed, nice shower plus well equipped kitchen but could have used a cutting board.Cons: amenities listed for this property included a dining table but there is none…plus the patio table outside is missing its glass top. We specifically rented a place with a kitchen rather than a motel so we could prepare some meals ourselves, but then had nowhere to sit and eat. It was nice having a washer and dryer there but no detergent was provided and the box of dryer sheets was empty. Also, only a dirty looking used sponge was left to wash any dishes or wipe countertop and no hand soap in kitchen.
