2023 Update: Avail. First two weeks of July available!

Wonderful family home, large and sprawling layout for easy privacy. Super clean. Fenced Yard and gated driveway. Walk to everything in town! BRAND NEW 14x32 POOL! Large deck surrounds. Beautiful LAWN/GARDEN/POOL/OUTDOOR SHOWER/BBQ - HAS IT ALL!
Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Expansive master suite with large soaking tub and double open shower.
Two room guest suite over garage with separate stairway up.
Side yard is a private Zen pebble garden and lovely covered porch with wicker furniture and a porch swing. Fire pit and firewood.
Rear yard has large lawn, with buoys hanging from it and swings below. Rear yard has large mahogany deck with seating and tables and BBQ.
Fenced yard. Also has invisible Fence for possible dog. Long new driveway fence and gate has been installed. (House does not front on a road.)
Large garage and storage area.
One bike available, 6 beach chairs, umbrella etc.

Beautiful property!

Our family did not want to leave this gorgeous home! It has tons on space, high end finishes/furnishings, and a beautiful back yard. The property and gardens are perfectly maintained. Location was great for our diverse group of shoppers, beach goers, and foodies.

This house is absolutely beautiful and so close to all of East Hampton's shops, restaurants and beaches. It was really nice to be able to walk in to the Village for coffee, ride our bikes to the beach and even walk to some really fabulous restaurants at night for drinks and dinner. The house itself was immaculate and probably the best Hamptons house we have stayed in to date!

East Hampton vacation

This is a stunning home, in a great location, with wonderful and helpful owners, perfect for a family vacation. My husband and I spent a week here last August with our twin three year old daughters and a family friend, and could not have been more comfortable. We loved spending time in the large backyard, having breakfast on the patio overlooking the rose garden, and picking fresh tomatos from the vine. The house is beautifully designed, with a high-end kitchen and bathrooms, and is very clean and well-maintained. It is a short walk to shops and restaurants, and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. We very much appreciated the toys the owners made available for our children. I would highly recommend this lovely home!

We are a family of four that love East Hampton. We are both architects and practice in the Hamptons and New York City.
Our children (12 and 14 yrs) LOVE the house and the yard (and the treehouse!). We enjoy all aspects of the house.
The house is in such a great location, and it makes it so easy to get around in the summer when you can walk most places. Walk to BEST restaurants!

Fantastic Location. Large rooms, really great flexible layout with two first floor living rooms with TV and separate two bedroom guest suite over the garage.
Very easy to be in and VERY clean. Enough space for two couples and kids with multiple living rooms and terraces.
House was completely painted inside and out in 2018
All new furniture.

BEST LOCATION. walk to all shops, restaurants, grocery. Seven minute walk to Starbucks in town. 20 minute walk to Old Beach Lane Beach!
Convenient spot and easy to get around. House is newly painted with all new furnishings and a new pool in 2019!
2020 - New Zen Pebble Garden.........so peaceful and lovely.
