Spacious waterfront home on Jackson Lake.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, right on the water of Jackson Lake, -20 min drive from historic Covington, GA. (AKA- the Hollywood of the South!). Swim, fish, ski, kayak or just relax on the deck, dock or patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Boat ramp located within a mile of the property. Home features a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup for the duration of your stay. 10% discount for weekly rentals. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed.

We are located in Jasper County and our short term rental license number is STR2024-13.

Our house is located just 20 minutes from Covington, GA, 45 minutes from Macon and 50 minutes from downtown Atlanta. If you need a break from the water, there are plenty of places to shop, hike, eat or explore. Ping pong, board games, reading material, floats and kayaks available on premises.

The home is located 1/4 mile from the main road. The gravel roads leading in are quiet and scenic. Much wildlife, including deer, ducks, geese, and chipmunks can be viewed in this area.

Beautiful home on the lake! They have everything you need to enjoy a stay on the lake. I wish we had more time to spend enjoying all they have to offer. Very spacious and comfortable! Great family vacation

The house had plenty of space and was the perfect location. It was convenient to local stores, easy to get to but also a great location on the lake. The available water boat float and kayaks were a huge plus and thoroughly enjoyed. However, some of the water toys were outdated and non-working. We would definitely book again!

Great get away gor the family'

We arrived Friday afternoon. Booked till Monday but left Sunday evening. Enjoyed the lake as we use to live on it but sold our home last year. This house offered so much room. We had two boats offered adequate parking and swimming. Fishing was great. Thanks agsin

Absolutely perfect

This was our first VRBO booking and it exceeded our expectations. I’ve never stayed in any type of property that made me feel 100% at home from nearly the moment I walked in the door. The house is warm, cozy and inviting. I loved being able to gaze at the water while relaxing on the couch and having the water close was so convenient. The owners are incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The kids were begging to book another trip back before we even left!

The lake house was very comfortable and adequate for 7 people. A few stipulations that I received after booking and payment was a surprise. It stated restrictions on number of vehicles and people allowed on the property at any one time. This did not affect us but it may some groups. The lake view is great. The upper deck was like sitting in a tree with birds! They were very close and really fun to watch. The walk to the lake could be hard for older adults. It a bit steep. We rented a pontoon boat from Jackson Lake Rentals for the weekend and it was a prefect addition to the weekend. The only draw back I experienced was with cooking pots and pans being large enough. The home is equipped with gravity feed drinking water which was very nice. This home also offers kurig and traditional coffee pots. Overall wonderful home and weekend

As for the number of people on the property and cars, we do have a maximum number of cars listed under the policies section. Our apologies if you were caught off guard in any way. Tge view of the lake is so great. The house was nice and the area was peaceful. There was a great restaurant very close called Frank's.
