And just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the famous Surf Ballroom. No better way to enjoy your Clear Lake vacation than to walk to the beach (beach towels, toys and wagon provided) or visit some of Clear Lake’s finest! Elly’s, 173 Craft Distillery, Lake Time Brewery, Cookies Etc., Cabin Coffee, Charlie’s Soda Factory, Starboard Market, Cancun by the Lake, Gyro Place, Sevens, Rookies, Tap’d and Clear Lake’s newest coffee house, Lavonia’s!
Bring the boat, we’ve got an extra long driveway ready for your boat and a public launch just down the street.

Close to beach, park, and downtown. Annual Harvestfest event was taking place during our stay which was fun to stroll through all the street vendors. Very nice stay and location.

The inside of the house was just as pictured. Everything we needed was provided by the host, and the location was walking distance to downtown. Would recommend!

The location was fantastic. The decor was very nice. The bedrooms were both good sized. The house is older so it had a slight smell, like mildew, but I think that was because of the extremely wet summer.

PERFECT Location

This is such a cute property in the perfect location! We loved being able to walk to the beach as well as into town for shopping, dining, or just some Cabin Coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at this wonderful property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city beach and restaurants.The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy living area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Had a pup basket with blankets and dog dishes. Kitchen was well stocked with gas stove and a dishwasher which was nice to have. A overall all great place to stay and would recommend it.

Getaway by the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The accommodations were wonderfully appointed with all the comforts of home. It is within walking distance to everything you need and a lot of dining and entertainment. Clear Lake is a gem and this property makes it easy to enjoy!

Sisters Weekend

Perfect location and accomodation for 3 sister getaway. The "extra" amenities are wonderful. Great coffee on the porch and premium soaps & shampoo add a special touch. Excellent communication with host.

Lovely house. Perfect location.

It’s the little things that make a stay wonderful. Good coffee, quality shampoo, nice bedding, and the beach chairs and wagon made the stay perfect. We could walk to the beach and the park and restaurants. I would recommend you stay here. We were just 2 people with lots of space for more. I would come back here with the kids.

Qute house and great location.

Good space, updated kitchen which was awesome, update bathroom and bedrooms. Super long driveway and lots of extra perks...coffee, beach gear, ice maker, and much more. All questions were answered quickly.

We Loved our stay in Clear Lake!

My wife, oldest daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Tifani's Clear Lake house. We loved the short walk to the center of town and the lake. The house was big enough to host a day with our extended family from Forest City while we watched the classic car parade pass by the front yard. Very clean and comfy! Thanks Tifani, we'll be back!

Great Location Near Downtown

The location of this property is excellent! We were able to walk three short blocks to downtown to a great coffee shop because we were too lazy to make it. A grocery store, a gyro diner, and other great little places are all within walking distance. The property itself included plenty of towels along with beach chairs and other amenities for enjoying the lake. This adorable two-bedroom house can easily handle a family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

Clear Lake Property

Our family loved the size of the home and how close the property was to walk to the many activities available downtown. Grab a visitors guide so you don’t miss activities like the farmers market, music in the park and the many specialty businesses and restaurants. Thank you for sharing you home with our family.
