House itself is very conveniently located within Annapolis. Had plenty of space for my family of 5, my parents and my 2 dogs. Easy check in/out process. Beds were incredibly comfortable. AC worked PERFECTLY.Some Amenities need upgrading for the price per night range we paid.

Quiet and Well Located

The house is laid out very nicely, was incredibly clean, and has a massive amount of outdoor seating. Very close to downtown Annapolis, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our needs!

We brought our family here for our son’s USNA Commissioning . The location and proximity to the Yard was fantastic. The backyard and deck were very inviting and we loved the laughter and voices of neighborhood children playing outside in the afternoons. It was a very comfortable stay away from home!

Clean and Comfortable

The house was as advertised. Very clean and spacious with plenty of parking and short ride to town. There was a little mix up with check-in as property manager had the wrong date, but it was quickly fixed. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great House

This was a great house and close to downtown Annapolis. The rooms were all perfect in size for the kids. We enjoyed how close it is to Annapolis and made multiple trips to Always Ice Cream in West Annapolis. Also it was perfect for getting to and from the Navy Marine Corps Stadium for multiple Blues games. The host was fantastic and extremely accommodating. I will definitely look for this house again next time we have to stay in Annapolis.

Baygrass Weekend

The home was lovely and comfortable and a great location, close to Sandy Point State Park. A few suggestions would be to have more coffee cups (there weren't enough for our group of 8), a toaster and soap in the bathrooms. We would also suggest changing the overhead lighting, which was too bright. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Simply Fantastic!

This was the perfect location and property for our Thanksgiving family reunion! Everything was wonderful! Upscale furnishings, linens and appliances and everything was spotlessly clean. Michele was the ideal host and thought of everything! Including some snacks and even toothbrushes! Communication was excellent and Checkin/out was smooth. Location was ideal for enjoying all things Annapolis and easy in/out of BWI Airport was an added bonus!! WONDERFUL!!

Exactly as advertised

This property fit our family’s needs perfectly. Everything in the home is brand new and very clean! The hosts provided all the necessities: ample towels, bedding, bathroom supplies and kitchen basics (soap, sponge, trash bags, paper towels). It is located in a quiet street but minutes from everything you need: downtown, stores, fast food, even BWI is less than 30min away.

Appreciative

Dear Mary, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible weekend my family and I had at your beautiful VRBO home. From the moment we arrived, it was abundantly clear that your genuine care and hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Our stay could have taken a very different turn due to an issue with the booking. It's truly a testament to your exceptional dedication that you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to enjoy our vacation as planned. Your willingness to work through challenges and find a solution that allowed us to stay at your lovely home warmed our hearts and exceeded all expectations. Every detail of your home showcased your thoughtfulness and love for hosting. The cozy interiors, well-appointed amenities, and picturesque surroundings created an ambiance of comfort and relaxation that we'll cherish forever. The care you put into every corner of the house did not go unnoticed, and we felt like we were in a true haven of tranquility. It's rare to encounter a host who not only provides a stunning retreat but also treats guests like cherished friends. Your kindness, responsiveness, and genuine concern for our enjoyment made this weekend truly extraordinary. We left with not only wonderful memories but also a deep appreciation for your exceptional efforts. Thank you, Mary, for sharing your slice of paradise with us and for making our time there so magical. - Anthony A.
