Mixed feelings
Booked this house a few weeks ago, the listing advertised a pool, boat dock and fishing pier! My mother and I decided to bring our 4 grandchildren!
Once we got to the house it is beautiful and clean plenty of space to sleep us all! But not as kid friendly as they advertised the kids were not able to use the pool that was one of the biggest reasons we choose this home,I am in a wheelchair so I needed this so I could easily get to the locations with the children!
We messaged the property manager and was told these amenity are not available for renters!
The kids were fascinated with the ring doorbell, as they have never seen something like it before.
And they messaged to please have the kids stop pushing the doorbell! They didn’t understand that it’s not ringing in to the house that it’s calling someone’s phone!
This is my last beach trip due to my fast declining health. And I just wanted to watch my grandkids have a good time. When we rented they said pool that's all the kids wanted to do was swim that's why we booked here we knew the neighborhood has a pool when we asked for code to pool we were informed that renters cannot use the pool boat dock or pier as advertised in may when we paid. We were never informed we couldn't use the pool or we would have cancelled. The kids are biracial .....makes me wonder not a biracial family in the neighborhood. We are asking for a part refund since they advertised a pool we were not allowed in ...
