Host is great and quick to respond to any questions or concerns and gets it taken care of immediately. The house location is perfectly located in the center of town and very close to Hwy 95 and almost everything is within a 5 minute drive. We really enjoyed the pool and the house and pool table was awesome. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Havasu !

We stayed in this home for our first visit to Lake Havasu city. It was close to downtown, the lake, and to everywhere else we needed to go. The house was very clean and had everything we needed inside. We got to enjoy the billiards table and pool. The host made everything easy and accessible for us. We will definitely be looking for this place the next time we visit.
