The space
Guests have exclusive use of the whole farm by themselves. This farm property sits on a fenced lot. It has a main house and a tiny house, great for large group staying together yet with privacy. Main house has three double rooms and two full baths. Tiny house has a loft with a double bed, a single sofa bed downstairs and one full bath.
Normal occupancy is for 9 people. 10 people can be accommodated with a tri-fold twin mattress.
Lake Hodges is home to more than 200 bird species and recognized by Audubon Society as a Globally Important Bird Area. Birdwatcher’s paradise.
Our farm is steps away from the great outdoors in the San Dieguito River Park Trail System.
Bring your own kayaks and enjoy the fresh water lake.
Backcountry like neighborhood, yet so close to everything. Find great restaurants at the Westfield North County Mall that is just 10 minutes away.
The space offers all the amenities you need to enjoy and relax.

- The upstairs sleeping loft offers a queen bed but guests will need to climb a few steep stairs
- The sofa bed downstairs sleeps another person but it will take away some living space
- The washer and dryer is a combo

* We do not ask our guests to do chores. Simply enjoy your stay. Cleaning service will take care of everything upon checkout.
* Certain part of main house wood floor squeaks when walk on
* To access the loft in the tiny house, you will need to climb a few sleep stairs
* Tiny house is not suitable for young children
* TV in living room only with streaming services. No cable TV.
* Del Dios area does not have street lights. Our farm is well lit.
* Normal occupancy is for 9 people. 10 people can be accommodated with a tri-fold twin mattress.
* Gardening/pest control and gas service may visit the yard during stay
* Trash/recycling collection is on Monday

- No extra guests. The maximum allowed number of guests is 9.
- Pet fee applies. Please specify number of pets during booking. Guests will be responsible for all repair/replacement/cleaning costs which can run in excess of $1000.
- No late check out.
- No parties. This is a very quiet residential community. We do not want to be a nuisance to the neighbors.
- Event reservation upon request
- Quiet hours after 9pm.
- Absolutely NO smoking. If there is evidence of smoking inside the house, guests will be responsible for all cleaning costs which can run in excess of $1000.
- No eating or drinking in bed.
- Please do not unplug anything from the wall. There are smart home devices around the house which we depend on to keep it secure and everything running smoothly.
- If you have to displace anything in the house (furniture, beddings, etc.) during your stay, please put them back where they were found when you leave.
- Please conserve energy and water. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics has confirmed that San Diegans are paying the highest electricity rates than any other city in the country.
- Accidents can happen. If and when it does, please let us know.
