Our lakefront home is an escape from reality. A place to come and forget your troubles, spend true quality time with friends and family, soak up some sun, relax in the lake, and just have some good old-fashioned fun! Outside of Climax Springs, MO, we are located at the 52-mile marker on Coffman Bend with breathtaking views of the lake and its surroundings!

The moment you step through the front door you are welcomed into our cabin-like setting with rustic charm abound. The open floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone, yet provides a comfortable and cozy feel. With so many areas to enjoy, there’s room for everyone to find their favorite spot to relax, curl up with a good book, catch a movie, play games, and feel the rays of the sun or the evening breeze while gazing up at the open sky.

The entryway/living room boasts the warmth of a sky-lit ceiling and a straight-on view of the main channel. There’s plenty of seating surrounding a fireplace (with an electric insert) for chilly evenings along with a mounted flat-screen TV equipped with a Firestick and high-speed fiber for streaming.

The open kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware and servingware. If you prefer outdoor grilling, you’ll find a gas grill on the deck for your convenience. The inside dining area has seating for eight plus there are plenty of outdoor seating options for dining on the deck, down below on the patio, or on the dock!

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee or a spot of tea with a fully equipped complimentary coffee bar! Take your morning joe and sip it on the back sunroom or step out onto the deck and gazebo areas to enjoy the early sun and peacefulness of the lake.

The primary bedroom suite is complete with a comfy king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a large walk-in closet. The primary bath has a double walk-in shower and a roomy sink area for sharing. Two additional bedrooms with the queen beds are on the main level; equipped with ceiling fans, televisions (w/Firesticks, plenty of closet space, and dresser drawers. They share the full guest bath w/walk-in shower, down the hallway.

Descending the open stairway, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find a space full of fun waiting for you! A beautiful stone/granite bar becomes the focal point with seating for 7 and is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, wine cooler, sink, and dishwasher…everything you need for evening entertaining! Challenge your friends to a game of pool, foosball, or sit down at the reversible poker/game table and choose your fun from a closet stocked with cards, games, and puzzles.

If movie-watching is what you prefer, sit down and kick back in the reclining sofas and stream your favorites on the 65” TV.

Guest bedroom number four is tucked back in the corner providing plenty of soothing sleep with one queen-size bed and one full-size. The room includes a ceiling fan, TV w/Firestick, dresser, and a small closet. Across from the bedroom, guests will find a full bath with a beautiful, tiled walk-in shower. In between, a laundry room is provided for your convenience.

The backyard is yet another entertainment space all its own! We offer a large patio with a seating area and chiminea, a relaxing water fountain, a picnic table, a porch swing, five stackable lounge chairs, a firepit area with 6 chairs, outdoor ping pong, and plenty of space for yard games.

Just a few steps down the ramp, you’ll find what may be THE best part of your stay! A playground for fishermen, swimmers, kayakers, and sunbathers alike! This newly purchased 2100+ square foot cement dock boasts a jump platform (no diving please), a large sundeck with zero-entry steps to the water, plenty of comfy seating, two high-top tables, a bar area, and 11 high-top chairs, a high-velocity fan, and Bluetooth speakers! ) We offer a double slip with room for two jet skis, as well as two kayaks and two paddleboards for your use. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate boats). Bring your favorite floaties and get ready to enjoy a day on the lake! A variety of life jacket sizes are available.

There’s not much we don’t have for enjoyment right here on the property, but if you want to get out and about, it’s safe to take a walk down the roads to nearby neighborhoods. There’s plentiful wildlife residing in the Ozarks. Chances are you’ll see deer, bald eagles, and the occasional armadillo nosing around, along with many other forest and lake-loving creatures. There’s a whole lotta fun waiting out on the lake with plenty of nearby bars/restaurants that offer free music, karaoke, and delicious food and drink. Come back after a day on the water, gather around a fire, and take time to gaze up at the open sky, it’s an amazing site!

If you want to take a day trip, you are approximately 45 minutes from the Osage Beach and Camdenton areas where there's a vast variety of restaurants, shopping, gift shops, wineries, outdoor concerts, golfing, and sightseeing.

Located on ‘the quiet side’, we hope that you’ll agree that the laid back, peaceful, easy feelin’ you get while staying here will bring you back year after year!
