Newly remodeled two-bedroom rear unit in centrally located. Steps away from Cafe Loren and Avalon Freeze. Upgrades include brand new roof, siding, outdoor shower, kitchen cabinets and Corian counters, new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Large deck overlooking private backyard, perfect for entertaining. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room (shared with front unit).. Brand-new full-sized sleep sofa. Although this unit has no off-street parking it's never been an issue for the occupants whom always find a spot on their same street. This unit is very reasonably priced for this market.

Not what I was expecting

Cons: -bed frames looked like there were picked off the trash, filthy and ripped. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. -walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the front unit. We had our kids with us and they were scared to sleep because they heard everything from the other unit. -the location of the unit is right behind Avalon Freeze and the liquor store. You get all the alley noise from the workers and it’s not quiet. Pros: -outside shower is probably the best thing about this place. -although the unit is right behind main shops, being that close to the Main Street can also be a pro. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
