We had a good stay at the house. It was clean when we got there. The only issue we had was a little mold in the master closet and the string for the living room fan was broken when we arrived. Otherwise the house was fantastic.

Hose was great with a location easy for walking to beach and walking trail. The only thing I would have liked is more severe bag bowls/dishes but it was a great house and we enjoyed the fireworks from the rooftop deck

The property was amazing. Just as listed. So close to the beach, and a ton of space for everyone to spread out in. Everything was beautiful and well kept. And they had a full closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, boogie boards, and even a giant wagon to carry it all with! Really an amazing space, especially for the price!Also, it doesn't list it explicitly in the description, but the elevator goes all the way up to the third floor. This really made a huge difference with our parents who have more limited mobility.And, I was pleasantly surprised that the property was super dog friendly. They had bowls out and waiting along with toys, a dog blanket, and cleanup bags. And the beach allows dogs before 9am and after 5pm during the summer. I think it was literally the best week of my dog's life! She had so much fun playing on the beach every morning.Overall, we could not have been happier. Thanks for an amazing week.

It was the perfect house for our family reunion. It truly met all of our requirements. Affordable, easy access to the beach, elevator for grandma, grandma‘s dog allowed, extra parking nearby for visiting guest, clean, space to spread out so that we were not on top of each other. Truly enjoyed it we will be back.

Loved having the elevator for getting heavy luggage up and down stairs. Bedrooms were great, plenty of space. Entertainment for everyone.

Perfect house for our adult family. Amenities such as Plenty of parking, bedroom/bathroom ratio, comfortable accommodations, entertainment room(with games, books, foosball), spacious kitchen all helped elevate our beach vacation.

Great property

This property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together on the main floor, but also plenty of space for people to get away and have some peace and quiet. We will definitely be booking this property again for another visit in October.

The property was nice and located in a comfortable walking distance to the beach with easy access to beach access. The house was clean and well furnished and spacious. It states beach chairs are provided, but I do recommend bringing your own. The umbrellas provided were nice and helpful. We had one issue while there and that was discoloration of the water when filing up large tub in primary suite. Maintenance came right away and tried to fix it, and stated if it did not clear up they would call a plumber to come out. It cleared it up some but not enough to want to soak in it. We were only going to be there for a few days and didn’t want to spend time waiting on workers during vaca so we just didn’t use the tub. The only other issue was there was mildew on the ceilings in several rooms and bathrooms from condensation and moisture from air vents that looked pretty bad and needs attention. Overall it was a nice comfortable and clean home with room for a large family.

Exceeded expectations!

I thought that the house looked great from the online description and it was all that and more! It was well appointed, comfortable with lots of room for us to feel like we had our own space but could be together will be wanted. Lovely neighborhood and gorgeous beach!

Comfort and Comraderie

We loved that there was plenty of sleeping space for all and a comfortable open gathering area for games and dinners, etc. With three levels, the elevator was a game-changer for getting luggage in on arrival and out on departure. Our only complaint was the scarcity of kitchen needs for cooking and serving. The “not-too-far” walk to the beach was great exercise, even for the seniors. We had a great time!

Family Thanksgiving

The house was very nice except there was 1 dead cockroach found on floor of 1 bedroom. The lock kept sticking and was hard to unlock or lock. We arrived at 1:30 am due to roads being closed and high traffic, and we couldn’t get in because the deadbolt was stuck, even after I put in the code and waited.

Beautiful rental home short walk from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home, we had a constant ocean breeze and beautiful weather. The home was gorgeous and clean. Lots of beach towels provided as well as beach gear. The elevator worked great and we loved all the board games! We really had no issues so I had no reason to really reach out for any assistance once we arrived. We were in very close proximity to tons of shops and restaurants and of course the beach. There is a very close trail nearby that we walked our dog on. We were sad to leave!

88th Birthday Celebration with "Pie"!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at Carolina Beach and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. There were 13 of us who drove from Ohio to celebrate my dad's 88th birthday (he lives in Wilmington). There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded at all. The short walk to the beach and all the beach items available for our use was very much appreciated! We had rented from A1 before on several occasions and this unit was not quite as "kitchen stocked" as others but still definitely manageable. We had a few questions upon arrival and staff was very responsive and friendly. That is why we LOVE using A1 Property Management for our visits south!
