Unit has central air, high speed internet, and streaming TVs. Nice patio w/BBQ overlooking the large courtyard and pool. Shuttles to Gorge Amphitheater can be arranged to leave from nearby to the concert. The pool is great for sunbathing and relaxing. The hot tub is nice too. Park and beaches nearby and a boat launches nearby. There are a few restaurants and bars on the island too.

Crescent Bar Condos is a very friendly, private resort with great views of the Columbia River and the basalt cliffs. There are 2 9 hole golf courses nearby, convenience stores, restaurants, and ice cream/coffee shops. The resort has a very large pool and hot tub w/a kiddie pool nearby. There are also a boat launch out back near our gated parking lot to put your boat in the water. Also, your kids can enjoy playing in the nearby playground.

The property is unique because of the way all the units face toward the gated courtyard giving you a greater sense of community and safety amongst your neighbors for your kids and to gather as a family in various units nearby.
