Great location, great place!

Perfect location, within walking distance to Lucas Oil and restaurants. House was clean, beds were comfy, and it was exactly what we needed. Would stay here again!

The cutest house

This property was centrally located to everything that we could’ve wanted. Walking distance to the arena to watch the Indiana fever, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Fabulous house and fabulous host.

No running water when we arrived during a snow storm. Was hoping host could give a little more of a discount due to the price of the home. Unable to go to another hotel due to the weather and price already paid. Host was very nice and home was nice but was a bad situation all around!

Thank you for your feedback. We truly understand how frustrating the water situation was, especially given the severe snowstorm conditions at the time. Unfortunately, the outage was weather-related and beyond our control. As soon as we were informed, we offered two options: a full refund so you could seek alternate accommodations, or a $100 discount if you preferred to stay. You chose to remain at the property with the partial refund, which we promptly provided. We always aim to be fair and responsive in unexpected situations. We’re glad you found the home nice and that our communication was helpful, and we appreciate you staying with us during challenging weather conditions.

Girls trip

The place was great! Communication with owner was quick and efficient and it was exactly what the description stated. This is an excellent place if you have an event at Lucas Oil Stadium or want to explore downtown.

A group of us came down to go to a football game at Lucas Oil Stadium. House is great for attending a game! Also walkable to downtown for other fun.

Convenient to Lucas Stadium & Responsive Owner

Literally next door to Lucas stadium! Owner was VERY responsive. Very close to interstate and about 30 minute walk to downtown monument circle. We felt very safe walking through the city to the property, even very late at night.

Amazing

This property is just what you are looking for. So close to the stadium and walking distance to the convention center. The owner is so nice and easy to work with. It is a very spacious house and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Also the beds are SO comfortable!!!
