We had the most wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday in Palmer Lake. The home was so spacious and had ample room for our large group. Even with 14 of us, we never felt crowded. It’s a short walk to the lake which made paddle boarding and kayaking an easy activity for our group. Anthony was such a lovely and responsive host and was available to answer all of my questions leading up to my trip. We can’t wait to visit again!

This is actually my favorite VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom, bathroom, and living space was exactly as shown in the photos or even cuter. Perfectly clean. Perfect communication before, during, after. And we were blown away by the extras like Native shampoo, Meyer hand soap… The entire group can’t wait to stay again and make it a special Palmer Lake tradition. Thank you!

We were there for my daughter's wedding and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone! Very clean and plenty of room everyone! I would definitely recommend staying at this location! The location was great and we were able to walk to locations. Not far from a larger town.

Loved our stay!

We stayed here with our bridal party before our wedding. The inside was super cute and just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is not actually on the lake, but there is a walking trail to get across. It was a good location and close to everything.

Great House Near Colorado Springs

This is my second time that my family has stayed at this property. The house was perfect for our visit to USAFA in Colorado Springs. It is very spacious and in a great location, with amazing views, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very easy and the host, Anthony, had great communication. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a great stay.

Anthony is an outstanding host. He is very flexible and as long as communication is two way and prompt, he ensure that you and your guests have an amazing stay. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was settled quite promptly. House is spacious and cozy at the same time, 10/10 would recommend for a weekend stay :)
