This is an Ocean Front suite. There are very few Ocean Front suites and none are available for Christmas week except this one. You will have nothing between you and the 180 degree view of the beach and ocean. To the north you will see Bucerias and to the south the night lights of Puerto Vallarta. Each unit features two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two queens, three full bathrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, washer/dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room for when you prefer to stay in and eat. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $250 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
