Six Furlong Stables - Walk to Saratoga Race Course and Broadway
Six Furlong Stables, an in-town property, is an easy six furlongs (.75 mile) walk to Saratoga Race Course, and shopping and dining on Broadway. The owners love horses and horse racing as much as you do, which is evident in the beautiful horse-theme décor. The home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, hardwood floors, and a fully equipped granite kitchen. Relax on the "Saratoga Porch" after a day at the track or enjoy an outdoor meal under the backyard pergola or at nearby (.2 mi.) East Side Rec with interactive spray fountain, playground, pickleball, and more. This is our first summer renting. People say we should rent during racing season, but we haven’t rented before because we bought the house specifically to be close to the track and Broadway. But this summer we’ve decided to share our neat, clean, and uncluttered home with you. We're sure you'll enjoy your stay and appreciate being close to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. Six Furlong Stables is the summer place to be!

We live here! This is our first summer renting. Friends and family have often commented that we should rent during racing season, but we haven’t rented before because we bought the house specifically to be close to the track and shopping and dining on Broadway. I drive by the racetrack every day on my way to work and it never gets old. Stopping to allow the horses to cross Union Ave. is a special way to start the day. We love everything about horses, horseracing, and Saratoga, and this summer we’ve decided to share our neat, clean, and uncluttered home with you.

Our neighborhood is quiet. In just .75 mile you will be among the hustle and bustle of shopping and dining on Broadway, Congress Park, the Saratoga Farmers Market, and of course Saratoga Race Course! Easily access (.2 mi.) East Side Recreation Park and a short walk to Spring Run Trail.
