Welcome to Sum Beaches Paradise, your affordable, pet-friendly destination offering 3BR/2BA cottages in Navarre, Florida. Ideal for families, corporate, military travelers, and groups/retreats, we sit just across the causeway from the pristine, soft white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Amenities include on-site boat parking, communal sand area with a tiki hut, grills, corn hole games, and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. Easily reserve a single cottage or up to all nine units for your large gathering. We promise an effortless and truly unforgettable coastal stay!

Must sign rental agreement upon booking. A $250 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no smoking inside buildings and no parties. Minimum age of 25 years old to book.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee. Prior approval needed. Must follow pet rules under the description.

Great place to stay when in Navarre.

The cottage was super clean, had super cold A/C while it was 100+ degrees outside!! Linda was very nice and quick to answer the phone, we were able to early check in with no issue and adding another night was super easy! We brought our boat and launched everyday and spent the days at Crab Island! The cottage was just a few miles from boat launch, a great location, and just a couple of miles from 3 of the best restaurant's in Navarre. Highly recommend, will be staying there again!!

My family and I had a great time staying at Sum Beaches Paradise and will be back!

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. There is an outdoor space where my family and I spent most of our time. Perfect for hanging out after the beach and suitable for small kids and adults. The location is minutes away from the beach and tucked away off the main roads which was perfect for walking or jogging and felt very safe. The key lime pie was such a sweet surprise from the owners. It is evident they take a lot of pride in their facilities and care about the guest’s experiences. I highly recommend Sum Beaches Paradise!

Family getaway!

This was the BEST beach house my family has rented in quite a while. It had everything we needed! It was very clean, more spacious than expected, well decorated, and the A/C was nice and cold. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and we loved the proximity to everything. We all agreed we will most definitely be returning!!

Comfortable

Our stay in cottage 8 was not long enough. We had a wonderful time the few days we were there. Cottage was very clean cozy and comfortable. We had tea and coffee on the deck and totally enjoyed the treat in the fridge! I would highly recommend staying here. Your experience will be totally worth it! Enjoy!

Wonderful family stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Cottage 8! Nicely appointed, comfortable and a great location! AC works great especially for those sultry hot days, great water pressure and hot water supply. We also Enjoyed the communal back yard with games, grill, seating area etc. Linda was easy to work with and very responsive. We also enjoyed the personal welcome note and the tasty key lime pie! Thank you! We will be back.

AMAZING STAY!!!!!

We had the best experience staying here! The cottage was very clean, the A/C was so so cold which was amazing, and it just felt like home away from home. It was so beautiful and we loved how close it was to everything like the shops, the beach, and the eating places. The booking process was so easy and very informative, and the hosts were very communicative with us about updating us about our trip all the way to our arrival day and our departure date. If I could describe the cottage in a few words I would say neat and cozy!!! The price was also an amazing factor about the place and the backyard games/hangout area was convenient. I highly recommend staying here on your beach vacation. We can’t wait to book next years trip!

Great stay

Great location! If you go through the Burger King parking lot, you come out at the light to make going to the beach 100% easier! The common backyard you share with people is full of fun stuff to do. Only small issue we had, was the water only got warm in the main bathroom. Kitchen sink water never got warm and the master bathroom was luke warm. But over all a great place to stay. We will be coming back and renting a couple of cottages for the family!!
