5 BR (3 en-suite) home in Ocean View. Water views from all 4 decks, rooms and patio! Relax sitting on the decks enjoying such beautiful sunsets or sitting in a screened porch enjoying your family dinner at a banquet table. It doesn't stop there - you have a new canal front patio, with kitchen, fire pit and new kayak launch for an easy way to take out our 4 kayaks! Take the elevator with groceries from the bottom floor up to the kitchen. Great for all ages not to have to do stairs!! All rooms have a smart tv!! 3 Kings have your own bathrooms and the queen room and twin over full bunk and another queen share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There are 2 bathtubs in the house for your little ones!l Great location- you can take our kayaks and paddle out to Whites Creek to the Indian River Bay. Crab traps will be there for your use. Enjoy the outside pool table and games with family. And this is just hanging near the house. When you want to venture out you are only approx 3 miles from Bethany Beach and 5 miles from the State Park Beach. If you want to have a calm water day with your little ones, James Farm Ecological Preserve Beach is the way to go which is only 1.5 miles away. Chairs, umbrella and sand toys will be provided so less to pack. We provide bed linens and beach towels. Bath linens are available to rent. Please let us know ahead of time. An outside shower is great so you can feel refreshed from the sand. If you have your own boat, jet skis, paddle boards bring them!! Great place to get out there with your paddle boards thru the canal to white creek to Rehobeth bay!! This house is a great house to visit all seasons because of the views and its coziness especially near the holidays!! For your little ones the Millville boardwalk that has an arcade, mini golf, ice cream and go karts which is only a couple of miles away in ocean view, also in ocean view is the John West park, a great playground (see pics)

Beautiful location and home, friendly owner

Amazing family vacation!

Great place for your group of all ages

Great trip - property is well stocked and wellmaintained. It has eveything you need. Owners are very attentive and make sure your trip goes smoothly. Location is great - private neighborhood on the canal but still less than 10 min from Bethany Beach and less than 30 min from Rehobeth Beach.

A great place for a family getaway. The property is amazing, the host was attentive, and the location is a quick drive to anything you could want in Bethany or Dewey. Our October weekend featured a beautiful fall day and then a Nor’easter. Victor kept in touch, made sure we had information about the property, local restaurants, and the tides (the water was up to the house for a few hours). The house is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, several restaurants, and a brewery / beer and wine store. Downtown Bethany and all the restaurants in between are a 10-15 minute drive. We will be back.

Beautiful location

2025 Family Vacation

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay at your home. With just a short ride to the beach the kids were able to enjoy the ocean. We took the kyaks out a few times. The kids also tried there luck a crabbing. Only a few small were caught then released, but it was fun for them. The house met all of our needs. The elevator was a nice feature when moving in and then moving out. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental.

Great Views, Great Times

We had a wonderful stay on the bay! The house was beautiful and great for our multigenerational family. Plenty of room especially with all of the outdoor areas. From kitchen to beach, the house was stocked with everything you needed. Victor was extremely responsive. A great place to stay!

Excellent stay

We booked this property for a few days and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The canal location, access to golf and shopping, in addition to the very well appointed house made this an enjoyable time for all. The owners are extremely responsive and the kitchen/bar area has everything you can possibly need. House was immaculate and the outdoor amenities are well thought out and were put to good use.

PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED; First class furniture and accents, appliances are first rate, we really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we were able to take a full week of vacation, and we were ab le to relax and enjoy the experience. Bonus was the amazing sunsets, Views from the balconies were breathtaking; while we were not able to take full advantage of the water sports, the hosts provided equipment that they graciously made availalbe for the guests to use. One surprise: high tide caused the front of the property and the canal side of the property to flood, but water receded an d it was actually interesting. living spaces were not affected. Host was very kind and gracious and readily responded to questions . we appreciated all the attention to details . Elevator was a lifesaver!!! We will go back!

50th Birthday celebration

The entire experience was excellent. From the owners to the beautiful well equipped house. A great location for all of our needs. The amenities from the pool table, kayaks and the outdoor kitchen were amazing. The elevator was very nice touch and very useful. We will definitely be back!

Family Christmas

Despite the bitter cold, our family enjoyed spending Christmas week together in this lovely home. The fireplace was well used as we built ginger bread homes, made ornaments for the tree and baked many holiday treats. We weren’t able to enjoy many of the features because of the cold - but we were able to make many great memories in the cozy home. The hosts were extremely gracious and provided a very well stocked home.

Beautiful & Well Appointed Home

This beautiful home sits on the canal with spectacular sunset views! The house is well appointed with everything needed, and then some! We didn't have time to enjoy all that was offered, but hope to be able to return for more time there. This was our first trip to Bethany Beach, and this house made our trip most enjoyable. We appreciated all of the care given by the owner to make our visit a memorable one. Great restaurants nearby as well!

Great Week

We liked this house a lot. So many extras were included which surprised us. We had fun putting a jigsaw puzzle together, using the kayaks and doing lots of fishing. Our group of 12 had lots of space and enjoyed the screened in porch daily. The sunset out front was amazing. We had a great week.

Wonderful Stay

This house looks brand new inside and was exactly as described. Everything was so neat and organized. The owners shared Useful tips and recommendations for the area as well as a simple departure plan. They were quick to reply to any questions I had. The elevator served my elderly parents very well, was new and easy and comfortable to use. I would certainly not hesitate to return to the lovely home.

Family beach vacation

The house, bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, appliances, TVs and kitchen items supplied were all FIRST class. Everything had a "new" feel and there was room to spare for all 14 of us sleeping, eating, watching TV, playing family games etc. The elevator was a great help moving in, adding groceries, and getting us old folks up and down. A wonderful time was had by all.

Wonderful Beach House for a Family Group

This. Was one of the Top VRBO stays we have had. The house was super clean . High end Furnishings and Towels and BedLinens provided. Many activities and games provided right at the house . Pool table , Kayaks and Fire pit all available made for a great family weekend . Easy communication with host 100 percent of the time . Well equipped kitchen with high end appliances for cooking in for a group . Loved this house for our family get together 10 adults and 4 children .

Beautiful rental with high end finishes

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and can’t say enough about this property. We all wished we had more time just to stay at the house to take advantage of all it has to offer! Pool table and quoits in the garage plus a beautiful outdoor area on the water with seating, grill, and fire pit. The living space is open and beautiful with water views. Plenty of space for large families to cook, eat, watch TV, and play games together. Each bedroom also has water views, private bathroom and comfortable beds. The sunsets here are incredible and they are plenty of outdoor decks & seating for viewing! Kayaks and a canoe are available to take out and explore right from the backyard- just perfect! The homeowners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Perfect week with friends

We had a wonderful time with our friends at Victor and Kathy’s property. We traveled with 7 adults, 1 pre-teen, 1 child, and 1 baby. The house is new, clean, and well appointed. We loved that each room/space had its own en-suite, smart tv and even toiletries! The upstairs den was a major plus for those that wanted some quiet time, away from the larger group. It even came with Xbox games, which was very well enjoyed by many. Our favorite feature of the house was the screened-in deck, which was used nightly. The house is also minutes away from Bethany and Rehoboth beaches, local groceries, as well as family restaurants. All in all, we had a great time hanging out, relaxing and connecting with close friends in a beautiful house! We hope to return again. Thanks, Victor and Kathy!

Beautiful stay in Bethany!

Pictures (even the gorgeous ones on this listing) do not do the property justice! We were completely in awe when on the highest decks looking straight out on the water. So much so that I barely wanted to go to the beach, just wanted to hang around the house in complete relaxation! House was very well appointed with everything I needed for the stay (even crab claw crackers for our seafood boil). The house was extremely large, my spouse and I were situated in the main floor master and kept making remarks that a whole family could stay upstairs and it would still feel very private. Elevator was amazing for lugging items up and down the floors. Love how the owners provided a gorgeous hang out area in the basement — way nicer than expected. Any communication with the hosts was fast and direct! Thank you Victor and Kathy for the stay — only regret was not being able to stay longer

Just perfect!

Our recent vacation at this awesome house in Delaware was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we were in for a treat. This beautifully designed, new house became our home away from home, providing everything we needed for a perfect getaway. As soon as we arrived, the kids were ecstatic to explore the house. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the layout was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The adults and kids alike were thrilled with the overall ambiance and cozy feel. Not to mention great hosts and neighbors who offered local recomendations and even let our kids use their dock. The beach was just a short drive away, and we had a blast splashing in the waves, and soaking up the sun. Of course, no trip to Delaware would be complete without indulging in its famous seafood. We were spoiled for choice with the plethora of seafood restaurants nearby, offering the freshest catch and mouthwatering dishes like crab and lobster from the local seafood store called Tom and Jerry's. The house included a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare our favorite meals, making family dinners a cherished part of our stay. We were honored to be the 1st family to rent this home. We will continue to return to this home yearly, it's truly the perfect rental.

We had a group of 5 that stayed for 10 nights at 8237 Piney Point Rd and LOVED IT! Check in and out was very easy. The owner Victor left us a helpful notebook with instructions as well as recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. He also reached out by text to check in with us our first day to see if we needed anything. A+ host and he even had some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. It was very helpful as we hadn’t had time to go shopping yet. You could tell they cared and planned out the house well for the comfort of visitors. The house was new and it was well furnished. The grocery store was about 3 minutes away and several restaurants all within about 5 mins. The nearest tourist area seems to be Bethany Beach Boardwalk (10 mins). Having 4 separate bathrooms was key for privacy as everyone traveling were colleagues and not family members. The house had a parking lot big enough for 5 cars outside and 2 garages that fit additional vehicles if needed. We were there on business and didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer, but if you are coming for vacation and relaxation this house will be perfect for you. There are all kinds of water toys/kayaks/fishing poles and the back patio / outdoor kitchen area is a great place to hang out. There are two balconies with amazing views of the Indian River Bay right in front of the house. One of them is screened in. My favorite part of the house was sitting out there in the morning with coffee

We love the beach and the water!! So much that we had to buy this house that is right on the canal with awesome views!! If you just decide to hang home you can wake up to a beautiful view while having your coffee. You then can go out to the backyard and hook up big rafts for you and the kids. They could stay out there for hours. You also can take them for a canoe ride out on the white creek and venture to sand dunes if you choose to. There are plenty of traps for crabs if that is your cup of tea or venture out to go fishing!! The outside kitchen is great for cooking up a nice barbeque!! You can choose to go out on an adventure with the new kayaks we bought for the house. At night enjoy family game night which includes an outside pool table. This is all just hanging around the house and not spending any money!! What a deal!! Then on nice days venture out for a day at the beach or into Bethany for shopping, and restaurants or heading to ocean city or Rehobeth for rides and amusements!! Or party in the next town over which is Dewey!! A great location to get to them all!! As you can read in between the lines we are all about family and giving them all new experiences that last a lifetime of memories!! So please enjoy!!

It will take an effort just to leave the house. But once you do you will see the perfect location to visit other beach towns for different reasons. We also provided you with a guest book that will help you get around with whatever you may decide to do for the day!!
