Welcome to your perfect beach-block oasis- less than 600 feet to the beach & boardwalk and a short walk to the beautiful downtown on Asbury Avenue. 3-night minimum for the summer, 2-night minimum for the rest of the year.

Ground level unit - perfect for those with small children or mobility issues. Reserved parking (1 spot) - come and go as you please, or stay put your entire vacation! Countless restaurants, shops and amusements within walking distance.

Sit on the front porch and enjoy the breeze. Property includes an outdoor shower, clotheslines, coin-operated washer/dryers and back gate leading directly into Playland!

Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a Lofted Twin Bed. Living Room has a pull-out sofa bed (Queen).

Our family has been coming to Ocean City for generations and we are happy to welcome you to our personal corner of paradise in "America's Greatest Family Resort".

**Note about linens** We provide a bath mat, pillows and comforters but DO NOT provide sheets or towels You will need to bring your own or use a linen rental service - we have heard good things about Miss Sea’s Shore Services (https://ocnjshoreservices.com/)

*Self check-in and digital lock - no keys to worry about!
*High-speed wireless internet (400 mbps) and USB towers in each room - just bring your cords!
*Window AC in bedroom and ceiling fan in living room
*2 Smart TVs with Roku you can use to login to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc
*4 beach tags - anyone over the age of 12 must have a beach tag during the summer season. Please leave tags at the end of your stay to avoid the replacement fee of $50 per tag.
*Efficiency kitchen with full-sized fridge, two-burner electric stove, dishware, cookware, microwave and compact dishwasher
*Additional appliances -iron/board, toaster, electric kettle and Keurig with enough pods to have a cup on us!
*Beach items - Large Cool Cabana beach shade (easy to put up and take down), beach chairs, sand proof beach mat and a bucket of beach toys
*Family items - Pack n’ play (just bring sheets). IKEA high chair. Small selection of games & puzzles. Kids dishware. White noise machine in bedroom.

We will be accessible to you via phone and text during your stay so do not hesitate to reach out with any issues!

A few hard rules - any evidence of breaking these rules will result in immediate expulsion with no refund. The building is quiet and well-cared for by the owners - there are eyes everywhere!

*NO PETS - per our condo association, tenants may not bring pets. Please note that owners are allowed to bring dogs and we cannot guarantee the condo is completely free of dog fur.

*NO SMOKING - the entire property is smoke-free, you must walk off the property if you wish to smoke.

*NO PARTIES - Primary renter must be 23+ and staying on site.

Refund Policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Perfect place to stay if you like the boardwalk life. Located behind Castaway Cove and 1 block from the Boardwalk. Dedicated parking spot make the busy time convenient.

Had such a great time during our stay! Cute little condo with everything you need. Loved how close it was to the beach/boardwalk. The condo itself was very clean. The bed on the bottom bunk was a little firm, but overall, great experience. Would absolutely stay here again! : )

It was amazing, everything was so close. The boardwalk, the beach, the restaurants, and the arcades for the kids. The apartment was clean. Everything we needed they provided, like the cabana, chairs and beach toys for the kids. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

Very smooth check in, Kate is very responsive to any questions, location was perfect! Parked the car and didn’t have to move it again but had regular access to it if needed. Safe place to lock up your bikes. Perfect location for children, take a trip to the boardwalk come back and rest/ change walk back to the beach, VERY convenient.

Great location

This a great place to stay if you are truly a family of 3. The kids favorite part was the bunk beds. Bathroom was nice sized. I liked the fact that it had dishes, a dishwasher, the laundry facilities and clothes line, and a broom to sweep with. Few cons I had were that it does not have central air and the ceiling fan did not turn on/work so anyone sleeping in the living room will get toasty at night, the pullout couch was jammed so I couldn’t get the bed out to sleep on, and the bathtub doesn’t drain well (we had water over our ankles at shower time).Other than that, proximity to everything was great and the kids have asked to stay again next year.

Great Condo, Location and Stay!The condo was very clean inside and perfect for a long weekend for my wife and I. The condo seemed recently and nicely updated. Location was great, between 10th and 11th Street and only a block in from the boardwalk. Having a reserved parking spot was for sure a great summer convenience -- we parked our car at check-in and didn't move it until we left. All in all a great stay and we will be sure to return!

Had a great time at this location for the 5 days we stayed here. Check-in was a breeze. Being on ground level was nice for moving things inside/out with 3 little kids. Great location-direct access to castaway cay boardwalk pier. There was room outside for storing bikes/beach gear without it being in the way of other guests. Thanks for sharing your place with us :)

The beach and boardwalk were our backyard!

We loved the location of this clean and spacious one-bedroom property literally right next to the boardwalk. We could see the amusement park our kids loved when they were younger right outside our bedroom window. It was like "living on the beach" without paying too much for the privilege. Our host was very responsive, and we will certainly be back again.

Nice place on the boards

Just off the boardwalk, cute 1-1 with private parking and quiet neighbors. We had a great time cruising the boards, playing in some big storm waves, and visiting with friends nearby. Host is attentive, highly recommend for couples or small families (3-4).

Ocean City Stay

The place was great and the neighbors were all friendly. If you need a place thats very close to the beach this is for you. The owner Kate was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience from the home to the town itself I'd recommended it to anyone.

Great location/accurately described in listing

The place is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk and just as described. Very cute and clean. We did have an issue with the door handle falling off at check-in, but the owner was quick to respond to my messages and arrived promptly to fix the problem. One note—the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Had that been a regular bed, our stay would have been perfect. We still enjoyed our long weekend.

My husband and I decided to take a little getaway. Location is terrific and having access to a parking spot that I don’t have to pay for was great. The place was clean. The locks on the door needs to be replaced. We constantly had to contact the owner to let us in. Fortunately, they were always available to let us in.

Great stay!

Well-appointed and so many thoughtful details for a family with two young kids (3 and 5) -- one stellar example being individual ketchup packets in stock for my sauce-loving eaters! Great to have Playland and boardwalk so close. Host was very responsive to any questions both before and during the stay. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, we will definitely be back to see Ocean City in other months too!
