Summary:
Have fun and relax with your friends and family at our new open-concept home, The Coastal Retreat! Built in 2022, this coastal craftsman has it all. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, chef's kitchen, private patios, and family room. Directly off the kitchen is a private patio with grill and new outdoor dining set. Steps away is our large community pool, private dock with water access, outdoor cabana with fireplace, and bocce and pickleball courts! The sugar white sand beaches are just 1.5 miles away!

Excellent location and amenities

We love staying in Ref Fish Harbor and come every year. This house sleeps large groups with its 4 bedrooms and multiple beds in every room except the downstairs master bedroom. Having 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor) was very nice. We enjoyed being able to shut the French doors to the hall leading into the 3 and 4th bedroom to reduce noise from our pre teen kiddos. Hosts are very responsive and property is in a great location!

Spring break 2024

The house was beautiful. We played pickleball and chess and bocce ball every night. It was great to have those during some cloudy days. Beds were comfy…we loved it all!

Great stay!

We had a great time, the property is close by everything we needed and a quick drive to the beach! It was great for our group and accommodated us well. The owners are wonderful and have very open communication that makes the stay so much better!

Birthday Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The home was large enough to accommodate my entire family(including my parents and siblings…kids too!) John is so attentive! He even offered to have some k cups delivered to the house for the keurig, because we have a bunch of coffee drinkers. That brings me to the coffee bar! AMAZING! It was fully stocked and also had an expresso machine and automatic frother! All of the syrups and everything! It’s was like having a mini Starbucks in the home! There is also everything you need to have a backyard BBQ, which we also did! There is also a fully stocked kitchen! There is everything you need and more!! From the moment we walked into the home, I was immediately impressed! Everything was immaculate. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated. Actually, the house looks even better in person than in the pics! We were all taking notes of what to improve on our own homes when we returned. The beds were super comfortable as well! I can’t say enough about this property. I could go on and on! If you are considering booking this place, JUST BOOK IT! You won’t regret it! We will DEFINITELY book again!!!
