Pet friendly with easy access to the backyard grass (note backyard is only fenced in on 2 sides). Comes with 1 garage space and 1 driveway space. Shared amenities with the upstairs tenant(s) include the backyard, patio, and garage.

There is 1 security camera located on the garage to monitor the driveway. Please let me know if you feel uncomfortable with that during your stay.
