Downtown Spearfish Loft West

This charming apartment is newly renovated on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Downtown Spearfish. Located within walking distance of all the fine restaurants, bars, retailers, Spearfish Brewing, and beautiful Spearfish Creek.

This is your very own private apartment. There is a hallway shared with another apartment, but the space is all yours!

We are social people and are happy to answer any questions you have about our community. If you need anything, let us know. We will always let you reach out first as we want to respect your space as you travel!

Every Friday Night in June, July, and August, there is a street festival on Main Street that includes food vendors, a beer garden, and live music that runs from 4pm-9pm. This event is a community favorite and we are SURE that you'll enjoy it if you have time to take it in!
Please do not wear shoes on hardware floors

Charming area and property

Such a cute and very clean property. Perfect location within walking of boutiques, coffee shops, brewery and bars. Also, easy access to the Sturgis bike rally from the location. Great communication with the host!

This place is very clean and is comfortable. The location was amazing because we could walk to restaurants and different things in downtown Spearfish! Just be aware that there is stairs to climb and you will get your exercise in! But my husband and I loved it.

The unit was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you need. Great value for the price! I would definitely stay here again. Host was the Best. Communication was effortless.

This is a spacious one bedroom apartment right in beautiful downtown Spearfish! My family and I booked it because I’m a vendor at Arts in the Park. It’s close the city park, but also near restaurants and coffee shops, which made our stay easy. The space is clean and well stocked, and the king size bed was comfy.

The loft was very clean and very cool! It’s in a building on the National Register of Historic Buildings in downtown (old town) Spearfish. The loft was well appointed and renovated very well. Parts of the floor creaked a bit, that’s to be expected of a historic building. The loft has plenty of charm and a great location. If you are coming to Spearfish I would highly recommended you stay here!!
