Six spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests with a total of eight beds. The rooms include playful themed touches that add a fun element for families and groups. Each bedroom provides its own private space, allowing everyone to find a spot that suits their needs.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT: Parking is strictly enforced in this community. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway side-by-side and 2 in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments—no exceptions. Parking is allowed only in approved driveways, garages, or designated visitor/assigned spaces. Vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or park on grass. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and the host/property management assumes no liability for enforcement actions.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
